I took my daughter in today to get some food. We walked up to the counter to order and had to wait a while to be helped because no one was behind the counter, the staff was in the dinning area and in the drive thru, which was fine they were getting things done. Finally the girl working drive thru came over to help us. My daughter ordered her food and the gal got her food. As we got to the end of the counter Carmen handed the plate over the glass to my daughter and I realized she assumed we wanted the food to stay, I then said could we get that to go please, the girl looked at us with disgust and said "If you wanted it to go you should have told me before" I was so shocked, I then said to her "Well you should have asked us if we wanted it to go" I guess I assumed she would ask us as we were paying like some other buffet type food places do, I did not know if she placed a lid on it or how the "To Go" was packaged. The bottom line is she was rude and I told her she was not very nice, so I asked her name she pulled her name tag up towards my face and smirked and said "ITS CARMEN" .... All I can say is WOW!! I could not believe how rude she was, and as I was leaving I could hear her talking loudly about my daughter and I. I work in customer service and have been for many years, if I acted like that I would not have any customers. I just wanted to let the manager, or owners know how rude their staff is to the customers. It is not ok and I can spend my hard earned money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI know you guys aren't going to believe this, but I walked into the Panda Express on Little Road, on a Friday night BEFORE 8:30 PM. There was only ONE guy in the dining room, eating by himself. The drive thru may have had THREE cars max. For some reason, the staff couldn't keep up with the flow of business. There were two people in front of me waiting for there food. After waiting for at least five minutes, I wasn't even acknowledged. No one can to me to explain to me why they couldn't take my order right away. I simply walked out the door. My dad told me "We're already here. We may as well go through the drive thru." I said sure. All I wanted was a bowl of shrimp. The guy at the drive thru said that it would be a TEN MINUTE WAIT! I thought; "Wow! Your customer service INSIDE sucks, and so does your drive thru." This of course is a management issue. Everybody deserves a second shot. so, we wound up going to the one on South Cooper, (across the street from WalMart. A kid named Kaden R. took my order almost immediately. I was in and out of there in LESS than five minutes. I'm glad I got to eat a Panda Express. I'm also very thankful for this experience, so I can save all of you the hassle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THE PANDA EXPRESS ON LITTLE ROAD ANY TIME AFTER 6:00 PM! Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst the girl working drive through tried to tell us they were out of š. Since this has happened the past few times we went...we knew they were lying. She tried to say they were closing soon and had cleaned everything up. I had looked it up on maps and it said they closed at 10:30. The time was 9:30 when we were going through the headache of ordering. So she said we could wait and it would be 10min...then switched it to 20min attempting to get us to just leave. We said we would wait and she took the order. Then proceeded to have us pull to the front. She comes out saying she didn't have one of the items we ordered. My husband then changed to grilled ckn and she said they also had grilled steak so he says that would be fine. She goes in and comes.back saying they have no steak. My husband then went in with her to see kwhat he would get instead and couldn't believe what he saw. Everything was still out (they hadn't cleaned anything up already like she tried to make us believe. They had been in there looking for a spoon I guess cuz it was all there and could have been boxed up a long time ago!! Unfortunately for them my husband and I weren't as dumb as they apparently thought we were. This is a great way to go out of buisness!! Good luck to you if you try to order a meal here. Uggh!!!!!
