I took my children here for dinner and we waiting in line for 4 mins with no acknowledgment and only one person was in line ahead of us at the register checking out. The restaurant was pretty empty only 1 dine in customer. I kept looking at them waiting to make eye contact and no one spoke finally someone in the very back said they would be with us. Once someone came to take our order a large party walked in all together approx 9-11 ppl and then we were rushed. My children were ignored most of the time they were ordering for themselves and I did a lot of repeating when my kids are 9,10 and 11. Then as we got to the register I noticed they hadn’t received drinks or chips. They put the chips in one bag for 3 big kids and said they can share one small bag. Sharing is hard enough for them and it just made things more difficult for me. My children got stuff they did not want and I didn’t find out until the car because they said they didn’t want the man helping us to further upset me. It was just a bad experience and I felt horrible for my kids because I should have taken my time even though we were rushed but we won’t bother going back...
Read morePoor...when my husband and I arrived there was only 3 people dining in thia location. So we were able to walk right up and order. Of course I ordered first asked for a steak burrito. As the lady started putting the steak in my burrito I realized there was not much if any steak left and knew my husband would be ordering steak as well. So I politely asked if they had more steak and she looked back at the cook and she stated it was gonna be at least 10 more min. So I declined my burrito at that time (she placed my burrito in this "warmer") as I didn't wanna eat without my husband. After waiting for the fresh steak she then told us it was ready, she walked over to this "warmer" and took out my burrito she stated making for me and was going to give that "old" (in my opinion) to me. She then asked "oh you don't want this one"? Um No I DON'T. So moral of story poor customer service and lack of effort to accommodate the customer. We weren't offered free drinks or chips and salsa nothing. This wasn't the first time we received poor service at this location. This will be the last time we go here. THIS PLACE NEEDS...

Pure trash, and the CSR/ASST. MGR Leah needs some serious customer service training.
Online - TO GO Order:
They didn't give us any of the sauces, or the silverware we requested, and the paper bag the food was in was so wet that when we got out of the car at home both burritos were so poorly wrapped that they hit the pavement, and we had to throw them away.
When trying to resolve the issue over the phone I was placed on an endless hold by ASST MGR, Leah... So, I hung up, and tried calling them back, but they refused to answer in order to resolve the issue.
You had an opportunity to fix an issue quickly, easily, and professionally as well as reacquiring a past customer, but you chose ignorance, and a poor review.
You also make it nearly impossible to contact anyone competent, for a timely resolution. I want an immediate refund, as I wouldn't trust you to remake food for my dog...
