Only went here because the PREVIOUS OWNER gave excellent service. When I mentioned I was a returning customer, the new owners did not tell me the ownership changed. So I got my screen fixed with the new owners. It was horrible work. Could barely type. Learned about the new ownership and only returned for them to fix my phone AGAIN without any more costs. The fixed it at no charge but there are STILL issues. Sometimes when I unlock my phone the entire touch screen doesn't work. Then I lock and unlock and it works again. Waste of my time. Now I have to get my phone fixed for a third time. ABSOLUTE WORST.. told the guy my desktop was used for my work last 5 years and I had lots of important files. Specially told him I don’t need to “restore” it as that’s something I could do my self but objective was to save my files. He calls me next day and says computer is working so I go pay $130 and pick up my PC../ only to come back home and find ALL my files had been wiped clean. Went to this repair shop because another local phone repair shop half fixed my phone. My S7 Galaxy Edge has a line going through the middle of the screen.
