I took my iPad Air to them for screen repair a couple months ago but I am just now getting around to review. The first time I went to pick up the iPad the screen was still wonky not turning on as if the wires were not connected properly and ended up bringing it back 5 minutes later then when I got the iPad back a few days later they told me to keep these rubber bands around my iPad for awhile to keep the screen in place it was weird because why tell me to pick up my iPad if it wasn't ready to go? The iPad button was also still bulging out and not flat they said it would flatten in a couple days and if it didn't I could bring it back. The screen also started to come out of the iPad as well. I was going to take the iPad back but I never got a chance to do that because the screen cracked again less than two weeks later and honestly I didn't even drop it im not sure what happened that caused the screen to crack actually I just picked it up and noticed a crack and eventually the screen ended up cracking even more when I tried to use it. I didn't even bother bringing it back because the screen is cracked and I just had to take it as a loss I was so sad about my iPad screen cracking again so soon after I spent 200+ trying to fix it I haven't even tried to fix my screen again through apple knowing I'll have to spend 300+ to fix it. I wish I wouldv'e just went to apple in the first place because I feel like I didn't get a professional and satisfactory repair through...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I brought my computer in to be fixed, hoping to support a local business. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor. My computer was having a technical issue with the mouse and a battery issue. I left my charger and computer with the associate. There was zero communication about the status of my computer, even though I made it clear that my computer is needed urgently due to being in school. When I went to pick up my computer the next day I was told it was at another location still disassembled and that I should go to the other location later to pick it up. Later someone called and told me it wouldn't be ready for pick up that day. So the next morning I was called and told my computer was ready to be picked up. At this point I just wanted my computer back to be serviced elsewhere. When I came to pick up my computer they had no idea where my charger was. One of the associates gave me another charger to replace the lost one, but another associate was telling him not to give me the charger because I no longer wanted to have my computer serviced by them. I would suggest going with another place to get your computer repaired.
Update: Also recently found out my battery was removed with no notification. I now can't use my computer without it being plugged into a power source. Don't do...
Read moreI cracked the lens on my Google Pixel 4 and I was searching for a place in the DC area that could repair it. That's when I came across an article in the Arlington Times about a young man who started his own shop after helping fix several of his friends Xboxes. The article also said that the young man was born in Chile and started his business at 23 years old. That impressed me.
I got on the phone with that young man, James, and he immediately gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. A few days later I went down there, and they were able to replace my cracked lens with a brand new Google brand replacement in about 90 minutes. It works fine now.
I love this place because they also give a lengthy warranty on all of the work. This is incredibly rare for these types of services. I spoke to James and asked him how he was able to offer such a good warranty and he told me that they use only original manufacturers parts on their repairs. I would highly recommend this business for any of your electron ic repairs. They are even...
