This program really works and you will see major gains in your lifts and form. Really amazing gym. Basically combining the best elements of class-based gyms like Orange Theory (but adding way more variety) and Crossfit (but adding specific classes geared towards fat loss that don't use heavy weights, called The 360). Brand new equipment, clean space, DOG FRIENDLY with tie ups for their leashes in a separate section, cool coaches, and challenging workouts (that you can scale up/down to your skill level).
