Pros: The best price on cheap tools. The quality of the Icon brand. The lifetime warranty on the hand tools. And the staff is very helpful.
Cons: No individual sockets or wrenches. The Icon tool line is good but the price is a little on the high side. The Insider program is not worth the money IMHO. The coupons are not as good as they used to be.
Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review of Harbor Freight in general, not this individual store. This is how my recent trip to Harbor Freight for shop towels. Him: Did you find everything? Me: yes, all I was looking for was shop towels. Him: Do you want to get a Harbor Freight credit card and save ten percent? Me: no I don't need another credit card to save ten percent on paper towels. Do you want to buy an Inside Track Club membership? Me: no, not worth the money for buying supplies. Me: did you guys stop giving out coupons? Him: Not very often now, that is what we have the Insider Track Club for. At least they didn't try to sell me the extended warranty for the paper towels! The prices are usually really reasonable, especially for tools and gear you might only need once in a while. The staff is helpful, and the layout is straightforward—even if it sometimes feels like a treasure hunt.
While I might get dragged along, I’ll admit—it’s grown on me. Five stars for great deals, a happy husband, and surprisingly entertaining strolls...

I didn't read the fine print until I got to the store. The membership is $27 per year or 44 for two years. While I like a lot of stuff they have I didn't see the benefit until that day. If you sign up for a new credit card you get 10% off your entire purchase. I found another item I like that had a $50 off coupon. The savings with becoming a member for two years, $50 coupon and 10% discount in addition, more than made up for the cost of membership. Now i have two years to reap the benefits. ...
