Another update 12/19/2024: Still no communication! Whoever goes to this store, make sure you absolutely get an itemized receipt for your charges. Shady customer service!!!! Update 12/3/2024: I have sent multiple emails to the care@tccrocks.com email that was provided in their response below with no answer back. I tried calling the 844 number as well and was on hold for several minutes and gave up waiting, which is why I decided the email route. Christina from the local Arnold store tried calling me and left a voicemail however when I tried calling back I had to yet again leave another voicemail with no call back. Not sure if their voicemail isn't set up correctly because she said she never received my initial voicemail, and now hasn't called me back on my second voicemail. This has been super disappointing and I will never do business with this franchise again. I feel I'll have better luck going directly to a corporate Verizon.
I wasn’t wanting to go this route with leaving a bad review but until I hear back from the manager, this is what it came to. I was in last Saturday to upgrade my mom and I’s phones and ended being charged near $300 with no itemized list. I called the following Tuesday and left a voicemail to have the manager call me back to discuss why I was charged this amount. The other reason I am disappointed is because my mom went into her local TCC to have her phone transferred and the person there helping her said I was charged $75 to have that done. Not once was that ever disclosed to me. In fact, I would have denied services and done it myself. This absolutely needs to be disclosed to the customer or at least a posted sign. It’s now the following Sunday and I have yet to hear back from the manager so hopefully this will get their attention. Read moreLet me start off by saying that I rarely leave reviews, service has to be extreme in one direction or the other for me to leave a review. On 7/23 I visited the Arnold store and was attended to by Christina. I had a significant issue that occurred in the process of returning to Verizon service via phone the Sunday prior resulting in a phone with no service. Christina started by listening to what I was experiencing and how the issue came about. She emained attentive and allowed me time to explain even the smallest details without rushing me or brushing me off. Christina called Verizon to work through the multiple issues where she spent the next 4 HOURS patiently and professionally speaking with multiple reps and departments in order to get my service corrected so that I could leave her store with a working device. I cannot express my appreciation enough for Christina. This was far mire than I could have figured out on my own and she did this not only with a smile and a positive attitude but while multitasking to help other customers. Christina. Thank you again. Read moreI am writing this review based on 3 instances I have had there with my aunt. My aunt is elderly and is not into the techy phones, she just wants something simple to make and receive calls from. Each time we were in there, we told the sales rep this and each time they continued to attempt to sell her an expensive phone she did not want. She had been up there several times having to wait 90 min or longer which is hard for her to do due to her chronic pain. She finally got a simple flip phone, got it home and it worked for less than a week. We took the phone back and they exchanged it, again a few days in the phone does not work. She recently took the phone back and told them to keep it and cancelled her service. They had the audacity to charge her for a full month of service she was unable to use and charged her for a phone they told her she had to return. They took full advantage of a senior citizen and I'm beyond appalled.
