I am very frustrated with this nail salon. I was in to get dip nails at first they were good not my favorite but still good. Then 3 days later 2 nails fell off and majority of the other nails the top coat was coming off. I went in to get them fixed and they did. Then that same day ANOTHER nail fell off. Now at this point I was over it, I went in again to ask for my money back because dip nails shouldn't fall off within a week. I was doing nothing harsh that would cause nails to fall off. When I went in I asked for the refund and she told me "no they figured it out and fixed the problem." asked numerous times to just get my money back because I was frustrated and leaving soon so l didn't want them fixed I wanted my money back and the nails off. She told me it was because of the cold, mind you one of those days it was 40 degrees. They did my nails for free which was fine but they still were uneven and not the best looking. Now it's been 3 days since the new nails and some have already chipped and one fell off AGAIN! This is very frustrating and poor service!! I do NOT recommend this place! I have gotten a pedicure here before and it was good so when I found out I had a last minute business trip I decided to get a dip manicure because it was convenient and I was at the lake all weekend. I cancelled my appt that I had at my regular salon in Sioux Falls. My appointment was on Friday at Noon and by Sunday morning at 8am both thumb nails were chipped (less than 48 hours) then on Monday my pointer finger nail on both hands chipped. This is the worst manicure that I have ever had and will never go back. I have never had my dip manicures chip and I usually go every 5 weeks....

I have no clue how people can say “best salon in the area” when they can’t even follow up with time lines on the appointments. Honestly was super frustrated and wasted an hour of my time waiting for my nails to be done. Took the color off and left me to sit in the chair for like 30 minutes and after I told them that I have another appointment I’ve been told: go there and come back! Question.
