The gluten free donut was great! No complaints about that. However one employee when asked if there were any gluten free donuts left was very rude. She said âOne should simply not come in at 10:30 and expect gluten free donuts.â It was a question, not an âexpectation,â and there are many other friendly ways to say no if there werenât any gf donuts left. Simply saying âWe are usually out of gluten free donuts by this time in the morning, but if you come back earlier tomorrow there will definitely be options available!â Anything other than what she said wouldâve been acceptable.    Read moreSome of the best donuts Iâve had in a very long time. My husband and I were passing through the area and stumbled on this place. Met the owner and she could not have been nicer. Sheâs very passionate about what she does and that is evident in the product!
We got a variety of donuts to try- classic glazed, strawberry rhubarb (my favorite!), cinnamon twist, french silk (my husbands favorite!), and a few others we will try later. She also gave us a little sample of a new flavor (scotcharoo) and it was absolutely amazing!
Most flavors are made with the classic yeasted donut (which is super fluffy, melt in your mouth, and not greasy at all). And then toppings are added to create the various flavors. We also loved that everything we tried was not too sickly sweet. Very well balanced.
