Shannon greeted us right away and told us to have a seat while Ruby got ready. She then asked if my fiancée and I would like a cup of coffee and what type of sweetener and if we wanted any cream Shannon brought over some delicious coffee. Ruby then came over and introduced herself to us and then started to ask what type of cut she was interested in getting. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in this salon for being the only guy in there. The decor is a relaxed homey antique style ceiling with industrial antique led lighting, very stylish and very eco concious (I truly appreciate that part of the business side). Full highlight and cut (limited blow dry/styling - my choice because I didn’t want to sit there any longer): 3 hrs 45 min $175 plus tip = $205 *Highlights are fine especially post Covid-19 wait. I wasn’t expecting a miracle. Will need a couple more appts somewhere else to get to the point I want. However, this is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Base line is ok but the layers on the left are an inch higher or more than on the right side. Super noticeable and now I have to drop more $$ to get it fixed. Morgan was my stylist and this was my first time going to Heritage salon, I went based on their good online reviews, And I must say that even though I gave Morgan a somewhat vague direction to go with, she was super lovely and consistently checked in with me during the cut to make sure that it was turning out like I envisioned. The ambiance in the shop was nice as well and the other stylists greeted me when I walked in the door. My stylist Morgan gave me exactly what I wanted even if I couldn't articulate it in words.
