Been here a few times now and each time this guy has either been just plain rude or acted like he couldn’t be bothered but today was just over the top. I took a binder full of cards that my wife inherited from her grandfather and asked if he’d like to take a peek at them to see if there was anything potentially of value and worth having him do a full appraisal on and he wouldn’t even take a look them stating he didn’t have the time and that he charges by the hour for that service. I would have been happy to have him appraise the entire set if he had just taken a moment to open it and say whether it would have been worthwhile to have him do that. Every card in the binder was from prior to 1990 and I am clueless as to any potential value they may or may not have. He lost the opportunity to make money off of an appraisal service and he lost any future memorabilia or team apparel sales business from us. There was nobody else in the store at the time and he was just sitting there watching tv. Sorry to disturb you good sir. Read moreIf you're a Dodgers fan, this place is a must stop. Lance has personal stories about players, the Dodgers, and the LA scene that go back to the 60s. Imagine bumping into Vin Scully at a store like this and taking time to listen to him tell wonderful stories about years and seasons from the past.

My mom has wanted one her whole life, and he had one on display, but not for sale. After hearing how my mom has wanted it as the final piece for her future Dodger room (lady cave), he sold it to her, for a very fair price.
Thanks Lance, we'll be seeing you real soon, as we might have moved up to the area. And the Dodger room went from an idea to reality fyi.
Ps. Sorry for my delay in...
Read moreMy son was gifted some old baseball cards from his teacher for excellent behavior and he had expressed an interest in maybe collecting cards so I told him we could go to the shop and get at least an idea as to what they were worth and the cost of new cards for his collection. When we got there there was no one in the shop and two people working but when I approached the man at the counter he was extremely rude and told me he had no time for that and to "just go on ebay" ... If you're busy and don't have time that's understandable I suppose, but to be so rude to a young child and to have his first experience ruined like that was so disappointing that I could never recommend this store to ANYONE. My son was very upset and they lost a potential future customer...
