Alright, so, today I recieved some very, VERY upsetting news. While visiting your establishment today, I was alerted that Amber and Lahna were going to be moved to separate stores the day after tomorrow. I'm so happy for them, for new beginnings, and i want the absolute best for them both, but my heart is BROKEN! These ladies are so much more than just friends, they are 100% family to me! They have always gone soooooo far for me, beyond the call of duty, and they have seen me through some very challenging times, as well as wondrous. The two of them are such beautiful, caring, genuine souls, and if I become a fraction of who they are, I will leave this world a happy individual. During the toughest of times, these two have happily helped me find my feet while I was buried deep in my head, without a second thought about it. They helped me make my grandmother as comfortable as possible leading up to her death, and have lengthened the life of my best friend Merlin (Jack Russell Terrier) when he was faced with serious neurological difficulties... as well as my own struggles in this confusion called life. I will never, EVER, forget the wonderful memories and conversations I was blessed to have/make with them, and they will be sorely missed. Please take care of these two, they deserve the world and more. I'll have to make special trips to their new locations, simply to just stalk them both. Thank you Amber and Lahna for the amazing memories, I hope and pray to continue to make more regardless of the distance between us. I love you both so very much, and never forget your boy Rydogg in Arvada! Thank you so much for everything! And for, well, being you.

   Read moreOn every other occasion this location has been great but this time I donât know if Todd is a manager there or what but he wouldnât allow me to get the 10% off use a 10% off coupon that is there even though I couldâve used it that day he refused to void my transaction and do another transaction so I could use the 10% off then when I asked about it he was very rude to me about it pointed out the sign that says no refunds even though I wasnât asking for a refund I was still gonna be purchasing the same item but he wouldnât allow me to have the 10% off so maybe you should train your employees a little better so they know what theyâre doing...
   Read moreThe name has been around but they are going downhill. I just spent over $100.00 walked out with a broken piece. I turned around and went inside and was told it would be replaced. After calling someone and talking to the other worker they decided they checked the glass before we left and offered to discount an additional purchase but no replacement or refund. My advice is check their products or go somewhere else. Shame I can't return the other...
