I bought some groceries at the King Soopers. I shop here frequently, so I can get in and out in 15 minutes on a typical visit for me, which is a purchase of 8-12 items. They charge $0.10 for paper and plastic bags, which doesn't make sense. Paper bags aren't harmful to the environment, but maybe that isn't the reason for the extra nuisance fee.
