Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Arvada

Stood inside for a while looking for someone to seat me. Wandered to the bar to see if there was an open table. Returned to the front when there was no table open in the bar area. Several workers looked at me standing in front. Not a single person acknowledged me. I decided to call the restaurant to see if I could get their attention that way. Finally a girl came out from the back to answer the phone. I hung up and told her I was the one calling. She searched the dining room for a clean table and ended up having to clear one. She seated me without a menu. She took the drink order. Then a man came to give us menus then to take our order for food. We ordered appetizers. He asked if we wanted those out first, we said 'yes'. Our wings came out first. We had to ask about the appetizers. They brought them out and ended up comping them. I ordered another drink. The server walked away then came back to tell me they couldn't serve alcohol after 9:30pm. The Governor of Colorado invoked last call at 10:00pm. Not sure why BW cuts off at 9:30. The server didn't ask if I wanted something else to drink. Possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had. This is absolutely the direct result of the staff. I won't be back to...

Consistently the worst service of any of their restaurants we visit. I placed a take out order an hour before so they had time to make and prepare. I arrived 3 minutes before my pickup time, they told me it would be a couple more minutes and would be ready at my pickup time. I then sat for 20 minutes while every server stood at the podium complaining they were on a rotation and not sections, others were training when they weren't certified to, others were making $1 more an hour for no reason. I asked for them to check a couple times if my order was ready and they would walk away.... I asked for a manager to check for me, assumingly the one they all were talking trash about, and they all scattered away from the front. A very nice young girl came out of the kitchen and apologized for everyone making me wait and that my order had been ready the whole time. I told her it wasn't her fault. They prioritize doordash orders over direct customers. This is terrible service. We will not be returning to this store nor will we recommend this location. Hope they can learn where it is appropriate to air their grievances with management and to not take polite customers for granted. I could have raised a big...

Wow.. what an awful experience. After the waitress set down my food, I told her she made a mistake with my order in a polite manner. The waitress then went on to essentially call me a liar claiming that I never told her my original order. I decided to let it go and accepted the fact I would be eating something different. After eating a couple of my wings the waitress rushes out and tells me there was a mistake in the kitchen, took away my food that I was eating ( to be served to another guest) and brought me the same order of wings "That I never ordered". After taking away the food I was already eating and giving me the replacement meal (which was still wrong) she walked away and acted like nothing happened. WORST BDUBS EVER. GO TO Westminster. ( And to make things worse...this was during a DEAD hour.. there were only 2 other tables with people in the entire restaurant......
