Banner's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Ashburn

I was at the store today and the service I received from a pretty young woman was fantastic ! She did a great job ! She was courteous, quick with great customer service skills ! I have been going to this store for over 10 years and never had a problem until today. I love Hallmark and I plan to have my own store when I retire ! My gift items have always been taken care of in a box with tissue.paper. Today I was told by elderly woman their were no boxes and that they have gift bags for sale I am standing in front of the counter looking at the boxes! I don't want to make a scene and get ugly in the store ! Its Christimas ! I said to the young woman I have been coming here for years and my things were wrapped and boxed and that I wss just in the store early this week and the young woman wrapped and boxed the gifts I purchased for my boss with no problem.The elderly clerk made a statement changing the story to now we no longer do that. So, which one is it you don't have boxes or all of a sudden you no longer wrap and box.I told the young woman to give me the boxes and tissue and I would take care of everything at home. She said no very politely I will do it. I asked her why this was going on and she nodded I don't know . I am sure she was embrassed. I had a bad back flash in the early 60's...

Very discouraged today. I went to your Hallmark store to purchase a Rosh Hashanah card. There were none in the store. A very helpful and professional sales lady named Ashley informed me there were none in the store and mentioned someone else had asked about them. She was kind enough to let me know there would be Rosh Hashanah cards in January during the regular new year. Honestly, Hallmark, Rosh Hashanah cards in January is literally like Christmas cards in April, too late for this year and too far away for next year. The entire staff at this place was moving around handing all of the Christmas eve customers with ease. Which in itself was amazing because it was packed with last minute shoppers. First a gentleman in an apron, whose name I didn't catch, was very nice when I stopped him abruptly from what he was doing to help me find a figurine I wanted for me mother. Then the lady at the register, Jessica, was very nice and got me rang up and out of the store in a fast and efficient manner. All in all it's a great spot for some last minute shoppers to get some gifts...
