A man that smelled like smoke performed my nail dip service! I saw him outside smoking too! Didn’t sanitize hands! Lied to me and did a horrible job! My nails were all so lumpy looked awful, but I had an event so I couldn’t stay for him to keep trying to fix them. I showed him they were lumpy he said they would get better??!!! They chipped and broke within 1 day! The man burned my cuticles skin and the heat hurt my nail beds with electrical file tool! Then even after I asked them not to file anymore he continued to file to try and get lumps out and around skin! They just talked in their language laughed and continued! Both he and the pedicure lady became rude towards me. She cut my nails on the sides so bad it still hurts when I asked why she just acted like she didn’t speak English! Terrible job ruined my nails! Awful unethical unsanitary salon. Never go here!!!! June of 2022 and the Va licensing and health board should inspect this salon! I want my money back! Have to get nails done again at a decent professional salon! Waste of $100 and my time!...

I received service at Ashburn Nails a month ago and the service was excellent. I rebooked an appointment with a technician by the name of Vi for a friend and was awestruck by the unprofessionalism and deplorable customer service I encountered upon my second visit. First, the appointment was for 10 am, but at 10 am the doors were still locked and lights were off. The wait was approximately 10 mins. Second, without any explanation the assigned technican was NOT Vi (the person I booked with). Thirdly, when I tried to explain to the front desk that I had booked with Vi she raised her voice at me. I asked her to lower her voice and then she started speaking in an angry tone and foreign language to other attendants. At that point I just removed my friend's feet from the spa bath and we left...

I have had very bad experience at this place. The unprofessional behaviour of staff was the main turn off, they will continuously talk in their own language & make you feel really uncomfortable. After they got to know i was Pakistani, they started asking me weird questions about our relationship with India, like in a negative way :( I asked them to do dip powder, so the final result was very ugly. It was irregular & bumpy kinda nails. They were closing so i came back. Next day i went again for their fixation, but they ruined it completely. That lady, she forgot to turn on that warmer & the nail color ended up with wrinkles. She somehow managed to cover it at that time but the very next day those wrinkles appeared again. So its a BIG...
