Crumbl — Restaurant in Virginia

This Crumbl is the worst one I’ve been to. Despite the fact that the cookies are visibly rushed and do not appear to be what the they look like on the app, the costumer service her is awful. It is primarily ran by younger adults and they’re incredibly rude. My order was messed up twice and each time I pointed it out I was treated as if I did something wrong. The girl who made my cookies loudly complained about the fact that she had to remake them whilst storming through the shop. Most of the workers that I encountered had attitudes towards me and other costumers who were visibly friendly, the store didn’t even appear to be busy during this time. I even came back once more with a friend of mine; they got her order wrong and gave her attitude when she kindly communicated the issue. Since this treatment is clearly given to many costumers, it seems to be an issue with the workers. I thought that all Crumbls must be like this, but I went to a different one today and the service that the young adults provided me with was delightful. I would recommend finding a different Crumbl than this one, a longer drive is worth better quality cookies and better service. I never leave reviews despite the many negative encounters that I’ve experienced with various places, but the experiences that I’ve had here are worth taking time to write this. I truly hope this restaurant changes and is aware of the effect that their employees are leaving on...

I am so disappointed.

I have been a regular customer at Crumbly Cookie for quite some time, often stopping by during my breaks from work next door. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.

Despite being the first in line, I waited for 15 minutes without receiving my order while others who arrived after me were served promptly. What was particularly disheartening was that no one bothered to ask for my name or acknowledge my presence, despite being a familiar face.

As someone who values the delicious treats and friendly service at Crumbly Cookie, I was taken aback by this treatment. It's especially disconcerting to consider the possibility of being overlooked based on racial factors.

As someone who works with customers myself, I understand the importance of providing equal and respectful service to all individuals. I would never treat someone in the manner I was treated at Crumbly Cookie.

I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and reflection on customer service practices. Discrimination of any kind has no place in our community, and I urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity...

This place is a complete trainwreck. I tried to get cookies for my kiddo's BDay on WED. They were beyond packed so I passed and told get we would come back later. Then, on FRI, I just ordered ahead online (over an HOUR ahead). I had a pickup time of 7:10 PM and when I arrived to get my order I was told they did not start the orders until I arrived. THEN WHY WOULD I ORDER AHEAD?!? All the employees were snippy and short with me, but I was only following the instructions that THEIR WEBSITE gave me. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect to have 4 cookies made in 75 minutes. It is not my fault they are a mismanaged mess. This place is a disorganized trainwreck. It is a mob scene inside and ordering ahead online is completely pointless. (Important to note that I DID NOT use the app. I ordered on the website as a guest. "Checking in" was not an option and not an instruction I received. I was given a pickup time and then told they had not even started my order. This...
