20240720 Excellent customer service, but Red Bean Slush is too thick. The employee, a darker skin man - I didn't get his name, was very nice, not sure why the complaints. People need to try to be friendly toward service people, and they will be surprised by the friendly response they would get. When I got there, I only saw 1 employee, and he was quiet. I started a friendly conversation, and he responded in a friendly manner. I chi chatted a little while I ordered my drink. When I asked if they had a bathroom for customers, he said no. I told him that I had just taken a walk around the lake, and he suggested that I could go to Subway next door. He said that it was ok when I commented that I prefer to by sonething if I'm going to use another restaurant's bathroom. I went to DD, and when I returned, my red bean slush was ready. I think it was a mistake to get red bean topping, it made the red bean slush very thick, or maybe he put in too much red bean in the slush. It didn't taste like the red bean slush I usually get from their Springfield location. The Large red bean slush with red bean topping plus 20% tip was close to $10. Gotta love...

We've been coming here on occasion since they've opened, usually when we are also picking up pho from a few doors down. We usually place our order on the app and it'll be ready by the time we arrive to pick up. Drinks are fairly consistent compared to other KFTs. Knocking off one star because there have been a few occasions where my drink tastes REALLY sweet -- probably made at 100% sweetness, when I ordered it at 30% (and because I order the same thing from this and other locations, I'm well aware how it should taste). I absolutely love this location! Everyone who works there is absolutely sweet! The drinks are always made consistently and taste great! I've been going to this one for a bit since it opened! This last visit I tried the mangonada and it is super delicious! Normally I stick with chai or mocha! Even the matcha is really good!

I do want to give a shout-out to the lady who is always working there! She always recognizes my husband and I even if it's been awhile! ❤️❤️❤️
