I ordered here last week. I got sick. I also had takeout for lunch. So I didn’t place any blame on this establishment. I ordered tonight 8/29/2025. 3 orders. 1 steak. 1 chicken. 1 brisket. All vegetables come in a plastic clear bag. The vegetables had a big in them. It was alive. Large. Not easily missed. All food thrown out. I understand bugs and vegetables are a thing. I clean my fruit and vegetables at home with a light rinse and then soak in baking soda and filtered water for a few mins and then rinse. No bugs remain. I don’t expect restaurants to do this. But I do expect a rinse at least. How is the meat treated? Noodles? How does the kitchen look? Idk but if you get bugs in your vegetables they aren’t washed at all. Gross. I have been ordering from here since 2023. The broth has the best flavor (subjective) from Leesburg to Ashburn. Noodles are traditional American style in pho noodles. Pho is good but won’t be coming back ever again. The main person at the counter is nice.

I second the review that was made previously by another person. I asked for a regular pho thinking that I was ordering a small pho but without clarifying, she brought out a large pho. When asked she answered "you asked for a regular pho, you need to say small for a small." But at the same time, I also didn't say large. Regular does not equal large to me. Plus, I asked for extra lime and she charged me 3 dollars extra without my knowledge. So I ended up paying $18.50 for an order that I thought was $12.50. I really liked the place until this happened and now I feel kinda cheated. You need to ask customers questions before charging them for things. To the owner: I don't know who the lady is who is manning the counter (maybe she is the owner?) But regardless, if you have this many bad reviews about her bad service over a long period of time and nothing is changing, maybe you just don't care about your business at all.

I visited Pho Factory based on a recommendation and ordered their small Pho Thai Nam, which included steak/beef flank steak in the pho as the protein option. To be honest, I didn't enjoy it all that much, and only had a bit of the pho noodles and pho broth with some of the sauces they had on the table and some of the Thai basil leaves and bean sprouts which was brought to mix in the pho. Maybe the option I selected wasn't the best choice, as I didn't enjoy the taste of the beef itself and the broth wasn't very flavourful either. Service was okay and the atmosphere of the restaurant wasn't anything special, but it was clean and the restaurant is located in a fairly good shopping plaza. Thank you

This was my first time coming here and I have been looking for a good pho joint in Ashburn. Right away I was impressed with the ambience and the decor, everything looks clean and well taken care of, and I was brought a glass if ice water with a slice of lime in it before I even ordered, which I greatly appreciate. I ordered my usual at any place, which is a large bowl w/thin steak (a #1 here), less noodle, rare meat on the side, jumbo onion in vinegar, and an iced coffee with a to-go cup. The gentleman who took my order understood everything I asked for (which is semi-rare at a lot of places) and it was exactly right when it was brought to the table (it did take longer than I'm used to). Everything was very fresh and the quality of the meat was top notch, sliced supremely thin. The noodles were average, but I don't expect anything special out of the noodles, if they are ever above average then that's just a bonus. The only two things I can speak negatively of are unfortunately two of the three most important to me, the one that was great was the meat, but the broth was somewhat bland until I added the steak and garnish (plenty of basil, all the peppers, most of the onion, no sprouts). It was okay with everything in, it just wasn't terribly flavorful, and for me the broth is THE component of a good bowl of pho. Lastly the iced coffee was not French drip style and tasted like some other places I've been to where it just doesn't have the bold authentic taste I'm looking for, still it is flavorful and I will be finishing it. I was pleasantly surprised when I was brought my check while sitting here typing this at my table, he took it with my card and brought it back to me, I believe this is the very first time that has ever happened to me at a pho restaurant I'm Virginia. All in all, I like The Pho and I will come again, as well as recommend it to people if they ask, but I would love to see some tweaking of the broth recipe to make it more flavorful, and to start making French drip...

I wish there is a less than ZERO,the servise was horrible, she did not offer us a drink or even a water she slammed the food on the table, I called her twice to add to my order she was busy with her phone , I kept calling her with no answer or she pretend she did not here me ,she came in to the table with a big attitude, and said I am not nice to her and kept yeiling I asked her not to yeil so is my husband, but she kept yelling saying I did not gave her a chance to answer i came to the resturant to eat and leave, this my first and last time at this place,I have been on the finest resturant in the area never been treated that way, I asked for the owner number she said she is not giving it to me and to come here again, me and my husband both proffesional engineering in the area very respectful in the ashburn society I am requesting a call from the owner because what I witness today is beyond any body to understand what happened. My conclusion is that the girl who runs the restaurant is mentally unstable . Be aware of the manager she is a young girl, heavy weight she can be violent and out of control. , I tried to contact the owner unfortunately he does not understand or speak English, his manager taking advantage of his situation and does as she wishes ,although she is from his countery, I wish she can get help with her...

Unprofessional experience. The restaurant’s hours stated they opened at 10:00 AM, so I arrived at 10:15 AM, hoping to grab a bowl of pho before heading to a movie. I decided to wait when I saw the doors were still closed, thinking it might just be a minor delay. However, the restaurant didn’t open until 11:00 AM when the owner finally arrived.

We were seated by 11:05 AM, but water was only served after we specifically asked for it. Despite knowing we had been waiting outside for 45 minutes, the owner casually mentioned that they had decided to open late, with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I wasn’t expecting a grand apology—just a simple acknowledgment or a “thank you for waiting” would have gone a long way.

When it came time to pay, we were directed to the counter and told the total, but no itemized check was provided. It was unclear if a tip was included since the owner never asked for one. The lack of transparency left me questioning their practices.

I love supporting local businesses, but it’s hard to back a place that doesn’t value its customers or provide clarity in how they operate. For now, I don’t plan...
