Trust me, when it comes to all things vape related, these guys are the hands down best in the game! I walked in over 2 years ago not knowing a single thing about vaping. It was a saturday and the place was PACKED, yet within just a few minutes a guy named Jeremy (one of the owners as it turns out) began to help me. I told him I was there to quit smoking, and every other method I had tried had always ended the same---smoking again within weeks or even days. He was EXTREMELY patient, and took all the time needed to explain things, all in non techno jargon that I could easily understand. Then it came time to choose some juice...Jeremy again explained things completely in simple, easy to understand language. I must have sampled over 20 different flavors that day to find just the right one to get me started! I walked out with my first setup that day, and have never looked back.Long story short, I never touched another cigarette, as a matter of fact I still have the remainder of the pack from that day in my cabinet as a trophy to my success! And now, 2 years and 3 months later, I still go to Asheville Vapor for ALL my vaping needs, even tho there are literally a dozen or more on the way there. Every single person there treats me like family, whether it's Mike C., Jordan, or my main man Mr. Dane Sammis! These guys are knowledgeable and friendly, all of them a class act! Whether you are just getting started with lots of questions, or have been vaping for years, I HIGHLY recommend Asheville Vapor! I have been to dozens and dozens of vape shops around the nation and this is hands down the best I have ever seen experienced. Yes there are bigger shops or shop with larger selections or cheaper prices but they all lack one major thing: quality. Asheville Vapor literally carries the absolute best selection of e-liquid out there. Other stores try to claim to carry "premium" liquids but that is just a tag. These guys truly do have premium. Their level of dedication to not just their products but also their customers is above and beyond any other store. I recently went in there to buy one bottle of juice and walked out with five new flavors. Dane and Pep blew me away with their knowledge of every flavor and helped me discover some new favorites. Other stores just toss a menu at you or tell you that something tastes "fruity" where these two guys made me feel like I was at a high end wine tasting. And high end is right. Five Pawns and Lazarus Vintage were the equivalent to a top shelf liquor. If you are not going here you are doing yourself a disservice. Sure, they are not the cheapest around but I don't want cheap I want quality. Whatever my vaping needs are I go here. This was my first trip to Asheville Vapor, but I will certainly be back! This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had, hands down! Mitch was the most knowledgeable, courteous, helpful person I've ever met in this industry. I very well may stop going to my local shop and buy everything online from these guys from now on! My local shop could take a few lessons from these folks. Also, I have never cared for flavored e-juices, but Mitch suggested I try the Five Pawns - Castle Long. Perfection. This stuff tastes like Dessert! With a tank full of my normal tobacco flavor and a few drops of this makes the entire tank taste absolutely fantastic.
