COACH Outlet — Local services in Asheville

As a truck driver I love to stop and see the outlets across the country when I happen upon one. I recently went to an outlet in Colorado, not looking for a Coach, but ended up buying a bag that was calling my name from the window. Fast forward to today... I ate breakfast at the waffle house and was excited to see the outlet in the parking lot. I saw coach and thought to look for my mom a few things as Christmas is approaching. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked through the door we were greeted. Seemed to normal. We took a few more steps into the next room and was quickly approached by another associate once I picked up an item. Within a minute of that associate leaving, the initial greater came into that room with the manager who appeared to be giving her direction. When my boyfriend noticed what was going on and he mentioned it to me, I put the $30 passport holder down and walked to the middle room to leave. As we were entering that room to leave, a male associate was now entering the room we had just left. My boyfriend pointed out other people were in the store & hadn't been approached that many times. The manager came back to the front and stood there and looked at us as we talked. Not until we were leaving did she speak, and not to inquire about the item we changed our mind on, or if there was anything else we could find, or why we were leaving so quickly since it had only been 2 minutes in the store...but she said "Hope you come back and see us" with a smirk on her face. My response was "We wouldn't have to if we weren't pushed back out the door." No response. I happily & accidentally spent...

My dad lives in SC. I traveled up around Christmas time for a weekend due to some family sickness and he wanted to make my trip special, being so close to Christmas. I had a bag in mind and he traveled from Greenville to Asheville before I landed to make it happen for me. He wanted to get me the matching wallet as well but they did not have it in stock. He settled on them shipping it to my house. A week passed and we didn’t get a shipping notification. He called the store and they immediately owned up to their mistake; it had slipped through the cracks. Having worked retail - I GET IT. We’re humans. It’s the holidays. They, with no hesitation, 2 day shipped the wallet. With it, to our surprise, we’re gifts and a handwritten note apologizing. This store is a class act. Where I work we have a motto: we don’t do average, we do awesome. This store...

Just left this store and I wasn't impressed with the customer service . I walked around for about 15 minutes never was approached by anyone ... To explain sales and I notice the only people that had coupons were white. I have have spent alot if money with coach visiting from Florida .The Florida stores have better customer service . My husband serving this country for 20 years and we both being in management for several years have never seen this display of looking at a customer and still not speaking . Wow!!!! ... As I was leaving spoke to a gut that was up front told him our concerns and the only thing he said was sorre y and still didn't care if I bought anything . I was going to buy two purses and changed my mind . I will save it for the Florida stores ... Sad we are still here in...
