If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a ring online that cost 2 thousand dollars. 8 months after wearing the ring, the band cracked. I brought it in, and they sent it off to be repaired. That took 3/4 weeks before I got the ring back. I had the ring another 5 months, and the diamond fell out. I took it in to get repaired. It took 4/5 weeks to get the ring back. 1 month later, the diamond came out in the exact location they had just repaired! By this point, the ring was paid for, and I had the ring not including all the repair time for a little over a year. I told them I no longer wanted the ring. The staff informed me that they had asked for the ring to be damaged out. They did not damage it and fixed it and just replaced the diamond. I asked multiple times to be contacted by the district manager. She did not reach out to me until I filed a complaint with the BBB. They offered to exchange the ring, which is an admission of defect. Why exchange a perfectly good ring if nothing is wrong with it. Then they decreased my spending limit without cause or notice. It's not like im buying another shoddy diamond from these people. Don't deal with these people. Go to zales. It's directly across from Kay's. You get better service and better...

Totally disappointed in this Kay. I had my rings sized here despite what I felt like was a high estimate. My initial consultation with the lady seemed to go well. However after getting my rings back it’s determined she should have consulted with me about my life environment to determine certain things like hands swelling and the type of environment my hands are in. Which she did not do! Therefore I didn’t know I might need a slight upsize due to my hands swelling. So when I called to address the issue I was told to bring them back and they would be fixed free of charge unless it was an entire size. So I take all three of my kids by myself and drive to another county over just to be told that I would have to pay $200 AGAIN!! Despite the lady over the phone saying she specifically asked a manager. I don’t know who went wrong here but I most certainly won’t be going here again as it seems their communication skills...

This purchase is for our Ten year wedding anniversary and Amanda is going to personally take the ring to get it sized so I will have it in time for our anniversary. This is taking customer service to another level. I feel very confident in the quality of the jewelry and the service. Amanda and Kaylee are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and they have trained their staff to provide superior service. I will definitely be returning for future purchase and would highly recommend Kay
