Visited this store on 11/24/18 with family to purchase several gifts. We were treated with less than stellar service by one associate (maddy) and the manager of the store even after purchasing some items. We were continuing to shop in an empty store when another family entered. Maddy asked us to move over from the space we were occupying and working with a very pleasant sssociate in narrowing down additional purchasing decisions. Mind you there were three empty counter spaces in the store. The over all tone Maddy set from our initial engagement with her was rude and inappropriate. I love the pandora product as well as my family. I have even shopped in this particular store before and had no issues. Needless to say this experience caused us to exit without the additional purchases we had intended to make. Such a shame that two people can misrepresent what Iâm sure the Pandora corporations core values are in servicing their customers. They could certainly benefit from some additional customer service training. I will continue to shop at Pandora even after this and hope this review ensures others have a...
Read moreI went here over the weekend, and felt so disrespected. I came into this store and wasnât greeted. I brush it off bc it was kind of busy. I entered the store and walked around the store from the right side and went around in like a circle âïž. I was almost back to the entrance again when I heard a salesperson greeting the white couple entering, and ask them did they want to be put on waitlist to receive assistance in the store. I was appalled bc no one ever greeted me, or told me there was a waitlist to receive assistance. I spoke up and said to the salesperson nobody told me about the waitlist, and I had been in the store at least 10 minutes before the couple came. She turned her head and didnât respond to me. Another salesperson with dark hair that was helping another customer finally responded, and said she would put me on waitlist after she finished helping her current customerâŠ. the way she said was not friendly, but at least she was little better than the first lady. I just left out the store. I go where Iâm appreciated. I would never patronize this...
Read moreTotally rude. Walked in and the place was pretty crowded, but I can work with that. As soon as I stepped in, a pushy girl asks abruptly in front of everyone, "May I have your name?" That took me by surprise since I'm not used to being required to provide my personal details to enter a business. I questioned her and she repeated it. I reluctantly stated my name while everyone was watching me (it's a small space) and she follows up with "We need a name because there might be quite a wait." I thought about it for a few seconds, getting angrier by the minute, and I just left. Went to Reed's in the Asheville Mall (who also carries Pandora), walked right in, got the charm I wanted, paid, and left in all about 5 minutes tops. The Sales Rep was awesome, too. I won't ever step foot in that Pandora store again. UPDAT 12/27/22:. I followed up as directed by the company, but after waiting 10 minutes on hold, I gave up. Come on! THEY asked ME for the feedback. This company does not appear to be concerned with...
