Hey! 👋 A fantastic place to grab a meal, drink some beer, or just mingle with your Friends. We had just driven down from the BlueRidge Parkway, ladies did some shopping at Dillard's across the street at the local mall and found ourselves getting hungry. Use Google Search to identify a place to eat and found Stone Ridge Tavern to be right across the street. Pin 📌 this place to go. We were greeted with smiles and escorted to our table 😀. The associate that service our table was a true delight 😊, warm, friendly, and well versed on the menu. She quickly took our request as we shared our story about seeing our Bear Story. You have got to see it on Instagram, just search for jmanny61, the Cool 😎 Google Maps Contributor. Well, back to this setting, we got our meals and were satisfied. This place gets a Gold Medal 🏅and I encourage you to go there for a fantastic meal. By the time we were finishing up, the entire establishment was packed with other patrons, smiling, chatting, and eating to their heart ❤️ delight. 2025 Feb 5 It took two things going wrong that brought my wife and I to Stone Ridge Tavern today. One was a doctors appointment that had been rescheduled without us knowing it.

Disappointed but another disappointment was forth coming. For lunch, we chose a 'national chain' fast food restaurant near the doctors office. We walked in, noticed the prices for two simple combo meals and walked out.

As people know, that have been married for many years, a husband and wife can communicate without speaking a word. Our ESP communication was 'lets go across the street to the Stone Ridge Tavern'.

I had a BLT with fries. The BLT was huge, fresh and delicious.

My wife had the Szechuan Stir Fry with chicken. Huge plate of food. She said that it was good but not one of her favorites at Stone Ridge Tavern.

Our server today was Victoria, whom we had on our last visit! As she did before, she took care of us exceptionally well. Very friendly and attentive.

Very interesting. Our great meal at Stone Ridge was just $.50 more than it would have been at the fast food restaurant.😮

2025 Jan 2 This is one of our regular 'go to' places. No matter what we order, the food is always delicious.
