Cassandra was super patient, helpful, and informative. 10/10 recommend the Biltmore park brick and mortar if you're even considering LoveSac. I've been to furniture stores looking for couches usually the sales reps on the floor follow you around and pressure you. This was absolutely not the case-- Casandra was phenomenal. She didn't use pressure tactics and gave me the space I needed to consider my options. I knew a little about Lovesac prior to visiting the store. She helped me get more comfortable with their offerings and took the time to help me understand what would work best for my needs and was realistic about the performance and durability of the couches. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andria she is very knowledgeable and did not push she answered our questions and sent us a quote and kept in contact with us. We purchased our Lovesac and we love it ! The employees at the Biltmore Park Lovesac are all so helpful. I worked with Andria and Dominic here and they are quick to respond and ready to help with any issue that came up.
