I came to Armordyne in Ashland to trade my high-end MacBook Pro (Core i9, 32GB RAM, upgraded across the board) for a comparable Windows machine. What I got instead was a slapped-together desktop using a mix of my own spare parts and theirs—only 16GB of RAM was installed, and only 8GB was usable. The system lagged, crashed, and was nowhere near what I traded in.

When I called Terrence, the owner, to explain the problems, he invited us in. But once we arrived, he immediately became hostile and aggressive. I calmly explained the situation, including the fact that I’m a veteran dealing with severe depression and suicidal thoughts. His response? He said he didn’t care—not about that, and not about veterans.

That moment broke me. I walked out of the store shaking, done with the entire experience. My wife stayed behind and finished the conversation, and we ultimately reversed the trade. But after the way I was treated, I will never support Armordyne again.

I can't say enough nice things about Armordyne computer solutions. I took my gaming PC down last week to see what was wrong with it as I couldn't get it to stay on long enough to play any games. The employee answered all my questions with kindness and even joked around with me (which I personally appreciate as it makes me more comfortable) he told me when he was done with my PC it would be better than ever! So I left it with them, the next day they called me to let me know what exactly they found wrong with the PC and what they would be fixing. (which again I appreciated) the following day they called to let me know it was ready & boy was he right! My PC has never run better!
