KFC — Restaurant in Ashland

I ordered online. I was across town, so I drove straight there. Upon arrival, one of the cashiers asked me how they could help me. I told them that I had ordered online and they proceeded to look my order up. They found my order and said asked the manager about it. The manager proceeded to tell them that my order “did not exist until five minutes before the pick up time from their website”. The manager was slamming things around and acted very agitated. I ignored all that and waited around for my food. I know that I should have checked my order before I left, but the manager bagged my food himself, so I did not expect to have any issues. When I got home, I noticed that two of my sandwiches were made wrong. I had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and two regular. I was given four regular. Not really a big deal. However, my fries were missing. Plus, I ordered strawberry lemonade and they gave me Pepsi. They also didn’t give us our dipping sauce for the tenders. No napkins, silverware, or anything. I called back and the manager tried to argue with me that there were no fries on my order even though I have an email of the receipt and that he only received an order for four regular chicken sandwiches and Pepsi, not strawberry lemonade. I am not saying that it’s not possible that their website malfunctioned. However, with his tone and the fact that he was argumentative, I decided to hang up. Ordered a 3-pc Dark Meal with mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuit & drink ... told guy who took order we didn't want the drink. Also ordered a Big Box Meal & asked for white meat instead of dark ( I do this regularly at this location & others for an extra charge). The Big Box comes with 2 sides, biscuit and drink. Requested mashed potatoes & gravy & coleslaw & also ordered a small side of mac& cheese. A female took payment. She passed out the drink, the bag of food, and my debit card, and shut the window. No receipt was given. We got home to find we had a 2-pc dark (short 1 piece) with mashed potatoes & gravy - (no biscuit). The other meal only had Mac & Cheese & biscuit (short mashed & gravy & coleslaw). The drink (fruit punch) must have needed changed out because it tasted like straight water. I called to let them know the issues, and the girl told me they don't have a Meal that has 2 sides. I told her they DO, and it's on the sign where you order at the drive thru - center section in the middle. She continued to argue with me & said she was the manager so she knew what they did & didn't serve! I tried to explain again what all was missing & she finally said "bring me a receipt to prove what you paid for"! When I told her we weren't given a receipt, she said without a receipt, there's nothing she can do! I normally don't write reviews or i just ignore issues, but this time it was probably the worst experience i have had with kfc. When i finally got back to work to eat, i noticed there was something black on the lid of my drink, i was just honestly going to throw the lid away and drink what was in my cup. Then, i noticed there was stuff on the inside of my cup, i dumped out my drink and all through it was black stuff. No clue what it is/was. I'm glad i didn't put the straw in and take a drink while in the car 🤢 i called to let them know, first i was okay with the girl's responses, but then she said, " well, usually if there is black stuff in the drinks, it means the syrup is at the bottom of the bag" 🧐 not the response anyone wants to hear, plus, I'm pretty sure that is not the case.
