We took a trip to the Philadelphia zoo today October 5th around noon. We came out of the cat walk and went for the face painting. I didn't get the girls name but we were not satisfied at all. Her paintings were not that great and her appearance alone was just not professional. She has hickeys all over her neck, she has no bra on with boob sweat all over which is nearly at my daughter and nieces face. Her double string pink XOXO thong was hanging out and she was very shaky. Just not satisfied. We paid for one cause she tried to say not to pay if we weren't happy but we're not looking for a hand out! We make our way around to the next face painter by the otters. Her name was Mercedes SHE WAS WONDERFUL she's the reason I gave 5 stars. I asked for a touch up and she just said NO WAY IM JUST GOING TO RE DO THEM I'm sorry for what happened. She was awesome, great and she did a banging rainbow tiger that looked better then what was on the picture. Her hello kitty was beautiful. Now I'm not trying to be harsh on the lady I first encounter because after she knew we weren't satisfied she did try to make it up to us and they were all professional with their words.
