We were looking for a place that sold vegetarian meals while in the park (wanted something more substantial than just fries and sides). We settled on burritos from this place and were quite happy. The staff was friendly, the food was served quickly and tasted very good. We didn't think the prices were too bad compared to the rest of the park. A burrito cost $12.99, fried plantain cost $4.99, for two people our cost came to $30 after tip and tax. Compared to my mom who wen't to the juke box diner and spent $20 for just a burger and fries and ended up waiting twice as long as us. You always kind of expect to pay more in amusement parks so if you're really planning a trip to Kings Dominion and are trying to save money then eat before you arrive. Needless to say, since we're season pass holders we'll be going to this food truck for our food whenever we visit. Heads up, the red salsa they provide is HOT, very good,...

The last time I ate here, it was a disaster! This time, it's not so bad. But that meat is clearly old and not very warm. It also needs to be properly shielded from the MANY flies that were buzzing around and landing on the food.
All the tables were dirty, so it defeated the purpose of specifically going to an air-conditioned building when I'm forced to eat outside at the only clean table.
Why have an outdoor eating area if there aren't going to be any napkins or trashcans? Seems stupid, right?
Also, and I cant stress this enough, a "pergola doesn't offer ANY SHADE! Just put up a real awning or porch or whatever, but put up a real structure to block the sun! FFS! I've been in the sun all day, give me a few minutes to not be assaulted by photons! No? Is that just too much to ask? It's not like you don't have...

So I got a burrito, I added brown rice, both pintos and black beans, and for the vegans /vegetarians instead of meat, they have sautéed onions and bell peppers. Then we have lettuce, corn salsa, jalapeños, spicy sauce, guacamole and diced tomatoes.
Filling and yummy, straightforward, good for getting later in the day, because even if they sell out of the sautéed onions and peppers, they’d unlikely let the situation get so bad that they don’t have beans to select from (i mean, I hope!!!? lol.). The sautéed stuff doesn’t contribute a whole lot anyway.
They have a reasonable amount of outdoor seating. (And walls to sit on in case they’ve...
