PLEASE STAY AWAY! Owner (Eddie) is a creep. I contacted him for a quote. I sent him all the measurements and then messaged him to get the prices. He called me and on the phone gave a reasonable price and then proceeded to discuss with me remodelling and constructions. He came to our house to do measurements, met my husband and I and we spoke at length about the bathroom project we are doing. He seemed nice at the time. He never sent us a written quote nor asked for a deposit. A few weeks later he called me again and we talked about the project and then he shared some personal stuff about his life which was fine. I then messaged him asking for a quote for a different project in our house, at which point he asked “How much do you want to pay? 😉” and also sent me a personal video which I didn’t even open. He then asked if I was alone or with my husband. I replied I was with my husband, to which he said “In that case $5500!”. I said no thank you and we would figure something out. At that point in time I was already uncomfortable and just wanted to get the first project done. During a follow up conversation, he invited me over to HIS HOUSE for dinner to discuss business, which I declined and asked for a written quote and the invoice and how much of a deposit to give. He ignored this request. I again asked for the amount to give the deposit to confirm our initial project, and he said I could make him a check of 60% of the total price, and I asked for the written invoice to make the payment. He ignored my request. About 3 days later he sent me a message saying that due to price increases from his wholesale company of 2% and he would no longer be able to do the project at all. I replied that we understand price increases and would be willing to pay a little more if that was the problem so we would not have wasted all this time and have gotten other quotes. Stay way from this company. It took almost 3 moths to get my glass installed and we prepaid in full for it. Bad customer service, they can't keep their schedule and they don't have a second plan in case something happens, just excuses . We had to threat them to cancel charges on the credit card so we could have our glass installed. We made several complains with the owner Jaqueline and none of it was addressed, they just don't care 0once they have your money. Last week my customer complained about a broken seal on the door and the leak in their bathroom due to the broken seal, so I called Jaqueline last Friday to ask for a repair, after several attempts to deal with the office with no luck, at the time of this writing we still have no answer on the repair after she said, "I get you a time and date for the repair by the end of the day." No I have to find someone else to repair their bad quality product that didn't last 3 months. My only solution now is to cancel the charges and have someone else do the job properly. I highly recommend this amazing Company! They ensured my custom mirrors and door was going to fit exactly as needed. All custom cuts were precise. They also helped me with the design in advance of the install. I highly recommend this Company for any glass or shower project you may have, they are top notch in all respects. You can tell they care about doing an excellent job and that they have a lot of knowledge and experience. Price was right and job was done correctly - can’t ask for more.
