Chi was the best. She did an awesome job on my feet!! She kind and gentle. I will definitely going to only here for my pedicure!! My first appointment was really good and Chi did an amazing job! When I went back to my appointment Chi was no longer working there and when I came in that day to get my feet done the new manager kept repeating herself over and over again. When I walked in I was already in tears because I got some very bad news about my elderly father's health. I repeatly asked the manager to please leave me alone. I work in customer service all day and you never know what someone is going through so sometimes it's best to just leave them alone. I tip vey well and MIMI ended up doing my pedicure and she was very good. I called back today and the manager again was very rude and basically just ended my call when I just called to confirm my appointment for this Saturday. She said she saw my appointment in the book but when I asked her the time she said she was busy and ended my call. I'm going to make my appointment this Saturday and I promise if there is any issues I'm going to get a lawyer involved!! When I say the world we live in today you should be kind and not push people because again you never know what someone is going through in their personal lives. Read moreI so disappointed with this salon as I’ve been there a few times and I made an appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. I arrived at my appointment time and the owner was working by herself given the holiday. As I walked in she proceeds to tell me she’s running late but didn’t specify how long (granted when I called to make the appointment she doubled checked she had my number so I was taken back I didn’t receive a call about the delay). I waited for nearly 25 minutes and watched as the owner asked and ensured the first time costumer she was working on was happy with her service. It’s mind blowing to me that services across the board aren’t equitable for all costumers at this salon. Whether you’re a first time costumer or a returning costumer the person’s time and request for services are valuable. I understand that things happen but I wasn’t happy with the fact that the owner kept checking and asking her new customer if she was happy with her nails, she even apologized for not giving her water etc. all while I sat in the pedicure chair without even the foot spa running. An apology only came from her by the time I said I could no longer wait. I made an appointment because of my time constraint. Read moreThis review is long overdue! Me, my son, and my daughter got our nails and toes done Sunday evening, August 3rd. We were so desperate because it was late on a Sunday and had to catch a flight Monday morning. Even though they would be closing soon, Phoung took all three of us in. It was my son’s first time getting a manicure and pedicure. My daughter got a filling and a pedicure and I got a pedicure and thought I wanted an acrylic filling until Phoung put me onto gel x! It was the best experience. All three of the nail techs took their time with us, made us feel right at home, especially with my son seeing that it was his first time. He’s ready to go back and he specified “same place we got it done last time mom”. My daughter loved how her nail tech did her nails as well. I absolutely loved my nail color but most importantly, gel x changed the game for me. My nails did not feel heavy and it’s been a little over five weeks and not a single nail has broken nor has the paint chipped off. I am so thankful to Phoung and her team for not only taking us in on such short notice so close to the time they normally close, but treating us like royalty!
