Had a good experience. Unlike some of the other comments about the food. My wife and I are constantly discriminated because of my style. I dress very casual and sometimes that attracts rude attitudes even though I am very clean in comparison to most people. My point: the manager I’d a brute. When I asked him or suggested to him rather don’t rush your customers while they eat! or assume! we’re eating out!(because of what I mentioned before!!!) this isn’t a liquor store!!! so that hurry up and and buy s**t!!! should be out the window. This manager tried to blame it on his employee!!!! who also needed some training but I had talked to him already and he actually tried to blame it on his small and fragile employee while this considerably older man clearly likes to bully his employee and micro manages him. This SHOULD improve. ALL OF IT!!!!! it’s horrible to hurry a guest and ASSUME he will eat out because his “type” doesn’t belong there. We both clearly felt that and we let him know. We didn’t appreciate it. I hope the owner has a chat about that with the manager. Because the employee is young!!!!!!!!! and he did apologize but as a “LEADER” you should apologize first and clear up any misunderstanding. You NEVER blame your employees!!!!!!!!! that screams incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I was the owner I would chew up that manager. Hiding behind that young man as a shield was the me of the most coward things I’ve ever seen!!!! under neath...
Read moreThis reviews mainly on the food because I ordered half-and-half whole chicken. I got the order in back home. The two largest pieces were on top of each side, which was the chicken drumstick thinking that every piece underneath those on each side was going to be Similar in size I was mistaken. It seem to get worse as I got towards the bottom of each container because I paid for. I ended up getting chicken wings at the bottom, not the whole wings the party style wings It seemed like there, chicken thighs or cut directly in half as I would get a chunk of chicken in one whole chicken and then the other half was the part where the bone was They called that two pieces. I ate the top two which I wish I didn’t so I could show you the photo, but I don’t trust this place. I Feel like they’re participating in the shrink flation trend but charging regular price I used to like this place, but not no more. This will be the last time I order from any of their locations. I wonder if they do the same thing if you eat in the location they never even showed me the chicken when they brought it out and I waited for it there. I also ordered a chicken sandwich for nine dollars which again is really overpriced for a small piece of chicken and two pieces of bread. I should’ve went to McDonald’s and got two McChicken for...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at bb.q Chicken, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Living up to the promise of their name, the food truly embodies the "Best of the Best Quality."
It was clear that this was going to be a memorable meal. The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside—an exquisite balance that's hard to find. Each bite was a delightful crunch followed by succulent, flavorful meat that simply melts in your mouth.
The array of sauces available added an eclectic mix of flavors that catered to all taste preferences. Whether you prefer something spicy, tangy, or sweet, there’s a sauce that will perfectly complement the perfectly cooked chicken. The attention to detail in these sauces is evident, reflecting both the rich Korean culinary traditions and the innovative spirit fostered at their very own Chicken University.
It's clear that a tremendous amount of work and passion goes into every dish. The freshness of the ingredients and the outstanding flavors are a testament to the high standards that bb.q Chicken upholds.
