Not a good experience for me, brought a computer in that was stuck in a boot loop after a rebuild.

I called ahead and even asked in person what the turnaround time was and I was told about 2 days to hear back on what was wrong with it.

Fast forward almost a week later and they hadn't even looked at my computer yet so that was upsetting and equally frustrating, I would have just saved my time and gone somewhere else had I known it was actually that long, I thought it was weird given the other places I called in that area had around 1-2 weeks for turnaround times but when I heard it was going to be that fast to at least hear what was wrong with it I had to go with them.

So all in all I believe my PC was with them for 2 weeks if not a little more, part of that was on me as I live far from this place so I could only go there on one specific day.

I have nothing negative to say about their customer service everyone I spoke with sounded knowledgeable and eager to help I am only knocking them because of the poor communication on time, I could understand 2 days becoming 3 or 4 but over a week that's just ridiculous unless it was communicated ahead of time, at least they were honest and gave me a pretty vague answer when I asked after the week delay when it'd be ready.

I can't rate their repair skills as I didn't want to wait any longer but if you can get your PC looked at and fixed I'm sure they'd do a good job but communication needs to improve if they want to stay known as a trustworthy company, I wouldn't dare call them shady but its not a good look to entice people in with a super fast turnaround and it be nowhere near the actual reality.

If I can offer any suggestions to the business I'd say overestimate how long it will take, then if you're done faster great customer is even happier vs making an unrealistic claim and not getting anywhere close to it, I'd dare say for customer service sake a refund for that inspection fee should have happened given how confidently I was told how...

A very friendly and helpful computer sales and repair store. The offer new and refurbished sales as well as complete repairs for both mac and regular pc. They have a variety of peripherals for purchase and also act as an internet cafe. Staff are friendly. This is located in a gorgeous site inside the Pier 11 mall. I needed memory installed in an older computer and wasn't sure about compatibility, and dreaded removing the power supply (which didn't prove to be necessary). They carried the box inside, found out what memory to get, cleaned my tower inside and out, installed the memory, and carried it out to my car!
