This place has a return policy that is horrible. Every time one of their pieces breaks and it's not my fault at all. I even called and asked if your just walking out the door and the glass just decides to break, you guys can't replace or refund it? "If it's an external force we cannot." This was mind blowing, considering Under the Bridge will fix this stores mistakes and give you the same deal, and then better. I go to where ever suits my life and style at the moment, this place is right down this hill from. I'll be taking the couple extra miles and gas to go to Under the Bridge in Astoria Oregon. These are all kids that have barely lived, working at a smoke shop. Most of the prices do not make sense, and the (kids) workers just all blame the owner, saying how weird he is, and how they don't know what he's thinking. Not to mention I'm quite a regular here and have been treated like a thief on a couple of occasions. I will never be stopping here again for anything. And I never met an "Olivia" That must be the seaside store, that one I've heard good things about, haven't been in...

Astoria smoke and vape is great! The staff are helpful and patient, thats important to me, i have some brain damage and it takes me a bit longer to look at things/decide/etc. Both Tucker (& Mitchell, respectively) were helpful with a vape that was problematic for me.

The prices are a bit steep for an old school mod with all the bells and whistles, but they have a nice selection of pipes, vape mods, cigs, and a hell of a lot of juices for the old school mods(-which i did also purchase)and these days...whats cheap/inexpensive /cost effective *with the quality we all seek? Ridiculous customer service. They sell faulty pieces then refuse to do anything about it when they immediately break. I’m a regular customer and multiple times I’ve bought a disposable vape that has immediately broken and they refuse to do anything about it if you take a single step out of the door. Last night was the final straw. Vape didn’t last 30 puffs & they were super rude about it as though it’s somehow my fault. They sell off-brand knockoffs that are unreliable and have no regard for customer loyalty. It’s my bad for continuing to return, but its one block from my house. I’ll get in my car and drive elsewhere from now on. This place is a joke & I recommend shopping...
