Now I have known this business since they first opened my family were some of their first customers out of any rent to own business I have dealt with they are the best their selection is great and yes they maybe a little more expensive than getting things brand new but we recently got a washer and dryer from them the mechine was a little older than one we could have got from home depot but after adding they took out our old mechines and installed the new ones it became clear the price for their slightly older model was more reasonable than home depot new one plus with a one year free maintenance on the mechine if their is any problem beat most other businesses around the area they are also some of the nicest people an if you are renting they are willing to work with you instead of coming an taking whatever it is you are renting an saying tough luck you're late like I've seen done by rent a center and arrons so if you are looking for furnishings I highly recommend them and thank them for being such a great business...

There is no finer customer service available than that provided at T&C. Any time I have had any sort of issue it was resolved very quickly and well. Unlike some competitors in the area, they truly do NOT run a credit check (which dings your credit) and their financing terms are very fair. They have a good selection of items, but they are happy to order something if they don't have what you need. Then there's the staff... everyone is friendly and helpful and the SAME PEOPLE have been working there for YEARS. That's what really speaks volumes about any company; happy, long-term employees. I have dealt with all the competitors in the area and been disappointed and frankly lied to. Having worked with T&C for over a decade, I can't recommend them...

Excellent customer service, from shopping all the way to delivery! Tania was amazing at helping me pick out my furniture and scheduling my delivery. She was super sweet and fun to interact with. Tyler and Andrew delivered my furniture two days later (when I was available) and they were nothing but amazing! I live upstairs in a smaller place and I knew it was going to be a pain for them to deliver to me. They were very pleasant and helped me out. Even interacted with my fur baby who was barking non stop to help ease her mind, and my kiddos. It is rare to find people to provide that kind of customer service, and I would highly recommend...
