WATCH OUT!! I’ve requested my money back for an outfit I don’t have. The owner took my measurements and sent me an outfit but it was very poorly put together, material slacked where it shouldn’t have, the top was way too small, the bottoms too big and a foot longer than it should have been. That was sent back and she agreed to remake it. But everytime I text and call her to give my measurements for the new one, nothing. I’ve called from multiple phones and messaged her on Facebook. At this point, I just want my money back! This is horrible customer service and I’m sad because the shop is very beautiful and creative! She stopped even looking at my messages and I feel like she’s straight up stealing...
