Ordered flowers for my wife and daughter after being gone for almost 30 days on fires in northern california in August. The flowers were order through 800 flowers and contracted to Bloom and Grow Nursery. The delivered flowers were so far off of what I ordered I had assumed they delivered the wrong ones. Well apparently those were correct! I spent close to a $100 on a arrangement that was to include pink roses. What was delivered was nowhere close. Bloom and Grow delivered orange rose and other purple flowers and looked absolutely nothing like I ordered. The arrangement itself probably was worth around $30 and the florist told my wife that it was worth the amount I paid and exactly what I had ordered. Clearly the florist had no clue of what was ordered or didnāt care. 800 flowers answer was to refund 50% of the cost or a 100% of the cost and they come pick the flowers up. The flowers were intended for my 5 yr old and she knew no difference in what the flowers should of looked like and was over the moon to receive them. The thought that they would come take something from her made me very upset. 800 flowers, after speaking to customer service, agreed to provide a100% refund without coming and taking the flowers back. Never once did Bloom and Grow offered to fix the order or offer an apology. Being a businesss in a small town I would expect the business to be more responsive because small town businesse survive on locals and this local will never again recommend.or suggest the use of Bloom and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJodi and the team at Bloom n Grow have been my familyās go-to florists for years. From Motherās Day to May Day to weddings and anniversaries, we have been ordering flowers from them for everything.
Most recently, my grandmother fell ill and friends and family from all over the country sent flowers to her home. Almost every bouquet came from Bloom n Grow. Even my cousin in Key West was able to place an order for a lovely flower and balloon arrangement. Grama was able to enjoy the arrangements right up to her passing and our family appreciated the life and color the flowers brought to the room.
While they are on the pricier side (especially if youāre used to grabbing bunches of flowers at the grocery store), you are paying for the quality and care of a professional florist. When a bunch of hydrangeas wilted in a bouquet, we sent a picture to Jodi and they replaced the entire bouquet. They will do everything they can to make it right.
I highly recommend Bloom n Grow. My grandparents purchase from them, my aunts, uncles, and parents buy from them, and I buy from them as well. I would say 3 generations of satisfied, Atascadero-local customers is enough to tell you how...

Itās the second bouquet Iāve ordered for her, they have been very accommodating in using her favorite white chicken pitcher, adding a little nostalgia to an already beautiful arrangement. The previous were pretty pinks for Motherās Day, and even though they were super busy for that holiday, my requests were perfectly fulfilled. The Motherās Day bouquet lasted over 3 weeksāand Iām happy todayās looks like it will be as long-lasting, since I gave it to remind her Iām thinking of her while I go on an extended vacation.
Last fall I was the lucky recipient of Bloom N Grow flowers ordered for my birthday from an out-of-town friend. This bouquet was beautiful and long-lasting too! And last Christmas I splurged on a fresh decorated wreath to match the decor in our home. We have a fake tree and the one thing I miss is the evergreen scent. The wreath remedied that, and lasted the whole month of December.
I highly recommend Bloom N Grow! By the way, they have a fun...
