Five Below — Local services in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

If you ever want to buy anything online and pick up in person, don’t do it here. Their online store says everything is in stock and you’ll spend hours picking out what you want, just to arrive and then have nothing you want in stock and you waste all of your time.

Not only that they gave away my order earlier today to somebody else and then have the audacity to give me nothing but attitude, horrible tone, and act like I’m a thief, even though they apparently gave my stuff away to somebody else hours before hand.

Joys of the Olympia Drive post office in Athens, Georgia, and that disaster of a place. You also will understand and love this place just as much. I was told to Just go grab something of equal value to something that wasn’t in my bag, like I want anything else other than what I ordered from a place like this

I have became addicted to shopping here ,the employees are some of the greatest people I have ever met, The general manager Lauren is so much fun to talk with ,she makes me want to come back.They have decorated the store where each time there is a surprise ,shopping prices,and all the things that they have who needs a mall ,my dog loves all the treats,and toys.I love clothes and socks , that they have I am so glad that you have opened near my home,keep up the great work Lauren and all the rest of the staff,your doing a great job ,we needed it in this area thanks alot See you...

I beought an online product here and it didnt work. I return it and it was a hassle. I come here cuz it was close but the customer service kind of sucks. I waited for couple of min to get help and the manger keep saying i need a recipet to return but i told her i got it online so i never got a recipet. When she first saw me, she gave a look that she does not want to help me but she has no choice cuz i made a return. Dont have great customer service.
