$-$$$Great places to shop. Never go to the Lens craters they are very money hungry and they will price gouge you even with insurance. Mediocre doctors gave me contacts that don’t give me clear vision and they insisted i get toric even though i asked for my regular brand (Biofinity energys) ive been using biofinity for years with good results. They made me get toric which are upwards of $80/box. Also they use a “special” eye imaging machine and there is an extra cost for any eye exam. Depending on your prescription you may have to choose from a list of available contacts and anything outside that list is $130+ out of pocket. Also they only have one brand of toric lenses that were with my insurance and tried to make me pay $100 just to get a copy of my prescription. Thumbs down to Lens Crafters. Thumbs up to the market in whole. There is a FedEx store, Petsmart, Lowe’s, Target as well as many places to grab a quick bite to eat. They also have a Vision Works which is AWESOME (ask for Mr. iIngrid) 5 stars & Americas...

Warranty

I was originally advised that the warranty I purchased was not going to be honored, which was immediately discouraging. I had decided that I would never do business with this company again, and that I would express my displeasure with the corporate office. After a few days I was contacted by the store manager, Sabrina Quartey. She explained that my warranty in fact would be honored, and that they would hate to lose me as customer. This was a happy turn of events. As you know there really are not enough quality furniture stores in the area, and I appreciate the fact that I can do business in my neighborhood. She was polite, professional, and explained everything to my satisfaction. Additionally, Cherice Harris the other store manager was instrumental in making we feel like my concerns were valid, and she should be commended as well. I reconsidered shopping here, and will tell everyone I know about the outstanding customer service...

Went to Bath & Body Works. Got what I wanted without blowing my budget. Staff was very friendly & helpful.😃 Afterwards I went to DSW. I stayed over 2 hours without even one of the staff saying a word to me. Not a "hello", " may I help you find something" or anything acknowledging my presence in their store. Oh well, maybe ALL the staff was having a bad 😞 day.
