I called to the Camp Creek location (Atlanta, GA) to place a to-go order. The person answered the phone simply, "Hello". So I asked, "Is this Five Guys". "Yeah" was the reply the woman on the phone gave. She was not friendly and seem irritated to have to take a phone order. When I picked up my food, the woman, Jasmine just looked at me. No greeting. I told her I had a pickup order. I also asked her to repeat my order back to me to ensure accuracy. She was very irritated and speaking low. I explained to her that I could not hear her. She let out a sigh and scratching her head as if she were trying to maintain her composure. After the transaction was complete, 2 receipts printed out. She did not hand them to me, so I asked her should I take them. She said "yeah". I asked which one and she reluctantly told me just to take both, then gestured to the side that my order was complete. Jasmine at the Camp Creek Atlanta location I'm sure was the rude person who answered the phone as well. She acted as if I was bothering her by patronizing the restaurant. No smile, no greeting, no thank you. Nothing. She is a horrible representation...
Read moreWe came in at 9:29pm last night and was greeted with a head shake of pure disappointment and evil looks from the line cooks (mainly the light skinned one) I mean he was upset before we even got out the car. The cashier spoke but never smiled. We ordered our food & dude placed it on the counter & hurried to walk away. I really wanted another side of Cajun seasoning but i mean it's whatever. I drove all the way from Stockbridge to Camp Creek to have my aunt taste what use to be my favorite burger & unfortunately she didn't have a good experience. Needless to say we won't be visiting this location again if I wanted bad service I could have went to McDonald's & paid half the price of what I paid at five guys. The young girl who took my order didn't provide a greeting (not necessary BUT always a nice touch when you're spending money at an establishment) and while providing her with my order, the store phone rang. She answered it (didn't ask me to hold on or excuse herself BUT managed to have a full fledged conversation while I was anticipating the completion of my order details) and then came back to me asking me to repeat myself. I should've followed my first mind and walked away BUT I didn't and instead proceeded with my order. After receiving my food...I was honestly disappointed with the burger and very noticeably soggy fries. The burger met the standards of a sub par sloopy Joe and that is unacceptable. Especially for a $10 burger at a fast food establishment. We will not be back.
Customer service is key in any experience...I could've dealt with the food not being delish but the bad service combined with that...
