I have been a patron at TGI Fridays in Camp Creek, Georgia for the last five years. The experience I had with the bartender, Cookie (dark skin female with dreadlocks) was extremely unprofessional and made me and my party very uncomfortable. We sat at the bar and I ordered one glass of wine and about 20 minutes later I ordered a second glass of wine. I gave my order to Cookie who failed to introduce herself when I initially got to the bar. I waited 25 minutes for her to get my second glass of wine. I watched her give an excessive amount of attention to the male patrons at the bar and she continued to ignore my party. I watched her open my bottle of wine and leave it on the back of the bar. After 10 minutes she finally made eye contact with me and said she hadn’t forgotten my drink and would grab it. I watched her serve others for an additional 15 minutes as she continued to walk past my drink on the back of the bar. So I motioned to another bartender to grab my drink. When Cookie realized this she began yelling and saying “I said I was going to get your drink! I’m tired of opening bottles of wine any way.” I ignored the comments and as she poured my glass of wine in front of me she continued to say “You trippin about some wine and it isn’t even a big deal.” I continued to ignore the comments. I was completely shocked with the level of unprofessionalism especially since I have been coming here for years and have never had this kind of experience. I later saw the manager, Erika and shared my experience with her. She apologized on Cookie’s behalf and she closed out my tab. Erika gave me my receipt, briefly spoke to Cookie and left the bar area. Once Erika left the bar area, Cookie continued to yell the following “ I work the bar every Sunday and if anyone doesn’t like the way I run the bar they can leave!” I was appalled with her comments, poor attitude, and again the lack of professionalism. As I was preparing to leave the bar with my party. Cookie continued to say out loud “Just leave, damn!” Granted she did not say this to our face it was clear that she was referring to me. I am very upset with the experience I had and it left me and my party feeling very uncomfortable. Not only was I charged for my items, but I was also berated by an employee at your establishment. Overall, this behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, hostile and uncalled for. Unfortunately, Cookie’s terrible service made what started as a great day a...

Read moreGood afternoon,
This is in regards to the service I received last night at your Camp Creek location. Please understand, I do understand the frustration due to lack of staff during this pandemic which is why I am very empathetic to the food industry. However, that is still no excuse for the lack of personality and professionalism. We arrived at the location around 830 with a possible 45min-an hr wait. Again understandable. No staff equals longer wait time. About 930ish we were seated and the host took our drinks. Right here, example of a great team player. She was very apologetic and was nice. Finally our waitress came over to take our food. She had very limited knowledge of the menu, I had to ask her if she was new. She had no idea how many wings came in the wing roulette... actually no one there did. She was uncertain about my drink choice which later she shared, the frozen machine was broken...I thought it was a blender that made the frozen drinks. Especially the young man's drink behind me. Still, in my understanding and empathetic mind frame, I remained calm. Until, my partner looks up and goes...there's a roach crawling behind you, be careful. At this point, I'm frustrated and annoyed. I go to the waitress let her know of the roach she began to freak out and went to grab the manager. Now this is where the professionalism is lacking. The manager straight said "oh those are not ours, they're coming from Chilli's since they have been bombing their restaurant." I'm sorry did I ask that? I understand the explanation, but ma'am I just sat here and watch a roach crawl up the wall from my table. Then she has the nerve to make us pay for the drink. She offered to change our seat. We let her know how frustrated we were between the time spent waiting and how long our food was taking and she had no compassion whatsoever. I was very disappointed and upset. I let her know that we barely touched our drinks and didn't want them. She had an attitude and I was very shocked. To avoid any trouble...
