I got the #12 pho Tai namo it was very delicious it came with eye of round beef flanks and another type of me I forgot it was fresh it was delicious and it was comfort food. The spring rolls were disgusting but I did break them down and make them into a soup later on with my remaining broth so my money did not go to waste. I got a to-go order and Heather the bartender was the person who assisted me she was very dry and not welcoming at all she took my card before showing me my receipt and ensuring that everything was right before I paid I thought that that was very unprofessional they also charge gratuity when you get your food to go automatically. I honestly did not want to leave a tip for Heather because she never asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink that I got while waiting for my food to be prepared so I paid $3 for a drink that I only had one of and was unable to get refills on a soda Heather really made this experience bad for me but the food was delicious all I can say is hopefully when you go you get a better staff member than what I received make sure you try the number 12 it is delicious

Service: 4/5 Food: 3/5 Decoration: 3/5 Parking: 2/5 Parking situation is bad. The restaurant is not in a very nice neighborhood. Hard to find parking and even if there is, will be street parking. Food is not authentic Vietnamese. Pho broth is not the usual taste, flavor is strong but the beef is good quality. It doesn't come with all the usual herbs you would get with Pho, just only bean sprouts and mint. Bun thit nuong (31) is okay. Egg rolls that come with it are very salty and have a very weird after taste. Fish sauce should be water down a little bit more, kinda sweet for this dish. At least they got the grilled pork correct. Portion size is good. Service is good. Waiting time is short. They don't come back to refill your water. You can sit anywhere you want but they still know that you just get seated. Waiters are nice but I don't think that they speak Vietnamese. Decoration of the restaurant has nothing to do with vietnamese culture. If you sit by the windows, you might notice dust along the wall. Lights are dim and they have a bar.

The service here is absolutely terrible. We walked in and it took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. The only table open was slightly dirty and wet. One of the servers grabs the cups off the table and says y’all can sit here. We asked if someone could wipe the table down before we sit… The lady behind the bar walks over with a dry towel and wipes one spot that had water on the table, rather than the whole table, leaving the rest of the table dirty.. I asked her for the towel and I’d wipe it myself, then rather than handing me the towel she threw the towel in my direction… If you didn’t want our business that’s all you had to say.. The food looked good, but I would never come here due to the terrible service from the entire staff. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

This is good for East Atlanta Pho but does not compare to Buford Highway Pho.

What is most awesome about the spot is the ambiance! It definitely is great for date night! The music is cultured and upbeat, the lights are dim. It was very comforting on a chill January evening.

For drinks we ordered the ginger lime margarita. I can say the flavor was completely ginger so if you are not a fan of ginger, stay away! It was really good and with the strong ginger flavor it is better without salt. It came in a nice big glass, but it was not strong in alcohol.

The service started off great but as the night went on, it went down hill. At one point we figured our server had a mishap or something because he just didn't come back for a long time. When we asked, we were told he was busy with outside tables. Explanations like that really bother me, because it makes a statement that this table that I am currently sitting at is not part of him being busy and that's not acceptable. From other reviews it seems like this place gets busy but the service stays laid back like the ambiance and that needs some work.

We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls to start and they came out quick. They were fresh and your average rolls. I had a medium Pho and it was ok. I drank some broth before adding anything to it and it was okay. I ordered number 12 which came with steak and brisket. I can tell you the medium bowl suggested I needed to only get a small but the meat contents were minimal. But had tons of noodles though. I was left unimpressed. My niece ordered a number 34 which is Tom Thit Nuong Cha Gio with extra shrimp because she doesn't eat pork and an egg. She was very happy and finished it up. It...

The food is very tasty, no complaints in that department. I ordered take out and there is a .50 take out charge😳 I came in and went to the bar to order, it wasn’t welcoming at all. Finally, after sitting there waiting for a while the waitress came and act like she wanted to have an attitude but she softened up a little bit once I was pleasant with her. She took my order, slapped the bill in front of me and walked off. As I was sitting waiting for my food a waiter walks up and asked if that was my bill, as if he wanted me to pay right away. Once he noticed I wasn’t paying he went to check on my food and came out with the food. I paid and was due some change. He have me my change but was short .25 and walked off. I called him back over and told him that I was owed .25. He had the audacity to tell me they don’t have any change. I said you don’t short the customer without asking, where is my .25? He stated, “sorry we don’t have any change” I told him that wasn’t my problem and I wanted my quarter. He was irritated and went searching in his pockets. He finally came back with my change and told me that a customer had to give him the quarter to give to me like I was in the wrong. Imagine if every customer lets them get away with keeping the pocket change how much money they are making on shorting customers alone. That alone was a big turn off for me which will make not want to return. There’s a .50 cent take out charge and they want to keep your change? Doesn’t seem fair to me and it won’t happen...

This place used to be wonderful and I don't know if it's because of new management or what but the service and food have severely fall off a cliff. We used to go at least once a week, recently we have waited so long to have a server even bring us water that we've left and made the long drive up to Buford highway for supremely better pho and service (at lower prices too). One time I ordered a large number 14 (the pho dac biet) and it came out with about 2 inches of empty unfilled space between the top of the bowl and the broth level. My dining companion ordered a medium, her portion appeared about the same size (tldr: a large serving is just a medium size serving in a larger bowl). I pointed this out to my server and after a moment of argument she agreed to go talk to the kitchen about my order. She brought back my large portion and sat it down in front of me. I looked and hey had filled it to the brim with broth, no more noodles, no more meat, just broth. I got up at that moment and left.

We've contacted them through email and everything multiple times trying to let them know about these issues but management is not at all responsive. I mean, one time I was stuck waiting for an hour and ten minutes to pick up my TO go order. So Ba? More like So Bad. Please someone else open up pho in east atl/Decatur and show these has beens...
