The great American Cookie inside Greenbrier mall has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. The girl cashier was on her phone when we walked up and didn’t even look at us, then she proceeded to say “ what kinda of cookies you want” while still on her phone. Then she put the bag of cookies down on the counter instead of handing them to my fiancé and walked in the back. We that she was going to get the other cookies. When she came bk she said they ran out she forgot to tell us, and she placed the change on the counter instead of putting it inside his hand. One of my biggest pet peeves. I have never had an issue in all my years of coming to get my cookies but today on Father's Day my husband chose to buy two cookie slices on Doordash and the Caucasian older lady was very rude and hung up the phone twice while I am calmly trying to explain the matter. We didn't receive the two cookie slices that was ordered. This is totally unacceptable and we will not be spending any more money on this establishment.
