I'm pretty much a regular at this store and here are the things I see: Chris is not built for a busy store very nasty attitude. Before it became busy he was cool. I guess all he truly knows 8s how to keep the floor clean and shelves stocked.
His cashier heavy set woman who normally sits down. Over 3000 folks has moved in this area so now the store is extra busy. I went up to the cashier to suggest to her to call for help. Because last time Chris sa8d they will come and help if the cashier asks for help. The line was going all the way down the toy aisle. And the cashier yells I know what I'm doing I said to her I'm not saying you don't know what you are doing but some of us have things to do. Soooo Chris brings his happy self up to do a refund and I said I would like to speak with you when you're done he say I'm busy I said that's why I said when you're done. At this time the cashier goes she getting on my nerves and Chris gets on the intercom stating to have patience I laughed and I stated I see why she feels to speak to a paying customer that way you are only as good as your management. Chris sensitive a$$ gets on a register and start with the woman behind me. I will not be returning like others because of the verbal abuse from this store. CHRIS CANT HANDLE PRESSURE HE CAN ONLY STOCK AND CLEAN. He also had vendors standing around waiting to be dealth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store used to be a place I dreaded due to terrible service, cluttered aisles, and overall uncleanliness. Now, I intentionally bypass numerous Dollar Tree stores just to visit this specific one. Why? Let me share why. Chris, the store manager, is not only an exceptional human being but also an outstanding manager. He works tirelessly on the floor, even more than his team, who are incredibly friendly. As you step into the store, you're greeted warmly, and all customers are treated like royalty.
During my last visit, James was diligently stocking shelves and managing boxes. The store is always impeccably clean, with no boxes scattered on the floor. Chris has an impressive knowledge of the store layout. When I mentioned they didn't have Valentine's lights, he not only told me that they had them but left the register to personally show me where they were located.
Chris fosters a remarkable relationship with his staff. They respect him, and whenever they need assistance, he is quick to respond. I appreciate Chris's dedication to always having holiday balloons inflated. In Chris's store, there's never a wait for balloons or anything else.
The team exudes a welcoming, helpful, and friendly atmosphere, showcasing their excellent teamwork. These people truly care about people.
Thanks for all that you and your team do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have always loved coming here with my family. Everything is always stocked, the items are in good conditions, the lines move quick enough, and the vast majority of the employees are very respectful too. However. There was an old short heavy weight light skinned woman with short curly brown hair who works here that disrespected my Grandmother and me when we were shopping here. When we were getting in line to check out our stuff, my Grandmother asked " Is that lane open ? ", and she made a smart remark by saying " I already said that lane was open ". And when we got in line, I grabbed the divider near the belt to put down behind our items so that our groceries wouldn't get mixed up with the customer behind us, and she snatched it out of my hand and put it back beside the belt. I Thought about verbally going off and retaliating back at her, but I didn't want to end up on YouTube as another 1000th person having an outburst and getting into it at dollar tree nor did I want to cause a ruckus over the petty ignorance from this employee. So I let it slide this time. So please inform this specific employee that, just because your life may be miserable and empty at home and working minimum wage is the only way you can get by , isn't an excuse to treat your customers poorly! Period ! Be...
