First of all, I have not been in Greenbrier Mall for years. We just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in Greenbriar Mall. While in the mall we spotted Mr. Everything as one of the restaurants in their food court. We usually order online and the food is normally good. My first impression was horrible. The girl at the front counter, who took my order today, Sunday, April 28th, 2024 was so rude and ignorant. She kept intentionally talking barely in a whisper so that I would have to keep asking her what she said. It was so freaking annoying! On top of that, She was extremely rude and had no business working with the public. Why would you be in the front of a restaurant taking orders, and speaking below a whisper? What’s the point? I noticed that the lady in the back was putting a large amount of seasoning on the food. So I asked the ignorant girl at the front desk, if she could please ask them not to put a lot of seasoning on my food just garlic powder and she said yes she would tell them. I never saw her tell them, and when I got my food, it was loaded with seasoning, mainly salt to the point that it was not edible . I believe she probably told them that I wanted extra seasoning ,just to get under my skin. I will never ever go back to this place or order online for that matter! She rubbed me the wrong way. Read moreI ordered from here for takeout through Uber Eats. It was really bad! The grilled chicken deli sub which I asked to be toasted was steamed to death from the wax paper it was wrapped in and which was glued to the bread and could only be peeled off in small tears, inside of foil. It was just mush with very overly peppered shredded chicken. I don’t want to hurt this small business, but so many others do it right. I threw away $21 which is what this sandwich cost through the app. Also on the order was rice from the healthy section which my colleague stated was also peppered way too heavily. Read moreThe owner of this establishment is terrible! I ordered an Uber Eats order & they plastered the receipt on the outside of the bag & DID NOT give me my entire order. When I called to rectify the situation the OWNER hung up on me which prompted me to now get in my vehicle & drive up there to get a refund b/c of the lack of taking the responsibility of reading the order to make sure your customer has received everything they PAID for… the OWNER then says take it up with Uber Eats but this is the restaurant I ordered from… she DID NOT make the situation right as an owner & had a nasty attitude @ that.
