I always support this business when I’m in Greenbrair. However, this recent visit was disappointing. I won’t pin point every little thing but it is VERY unprofessional to eat the samples WHILE making customer’s smoothies. Not only is it unprofessional but it’s unhygienic, pandemic or not. Also, if the employees are taking orders, handling money, making customer exchanges, then they should not be making smoothies. If the multitasking is due to being short staffed then they should be WEARING and changing their gloves between customers or when moving from the register to the smoothie making station. A while ago I had to ask the young lady at the register to put on gloves after leaving the register to make my smoothie. The eating while making something people have to eat was unacceptable. Please start prioritizing people’s health and safety by requiring gloves and changing them regularly. I’ll probably return, but I will be watching and asking for employees to wash their hands and put on...

I really fell in love with this place!!! I always go to Greenbriar mall, but I decided to try them out (Sunday 12/15/2019) The girls that work here are awesome!!! Their customer service skills are through the roof! They are so sweet a knowledgeable about the different products they offer! They explained everything they had in great detail and even included a taste test of a product they were making at the time.. I ordered the Green Forest, and it was delicious!!! The lemon flavor is so refreshing. It feels good to find healthy options when everywhere you turn; it is an unhealthy options calling your name!!! I come to Paradise Smoothie a lot and I spend a fair amount of money including tips but lately the customer service has seriously deteriorated, no one appears to be happy that they work there nor are they pleasant when you (the customer) approach.
