I attended a session Saturday for the first time. I would never return and wouldn’t recommend the location. I arrived early and received a good tour from the front attendant (2 stars for that) -before I entered the yoga room I was told my session was 50 minutes - 30 minutes of yoga and 15 of cool down.

Upon entering the room I saw a few hairs that could’ve been swept up from the previous individuals but instead of cleaning they simply sprayed a couple squirts of disinfectant or at least that’s all I received. At about 15 minutes a young woman came in to the place and the now two women at the front seemed to know her. The girl apparently wanted the yoga room I was in and began walking back and forth past my room.

Towards the end of my session, I heard the girl state “I’m trying not to rush her but she is just in there chilling” - instead of the attendants alerting her that I didn’t have to end my session early in order to accommodate her. They began to degrade me and state that I probably was tired and hot and worn out and laughed basically in my face as I was in the first room and could clearly hear them.

A couple minutes later- the timer went off and my session OFFICIALLY ENDED, afterwards they asked me if I wanted a membership - and the should’ve been clear answer of NO ! was not received - after these women disrespected me, laughed at me in my face, disturbed my time to enjoy the sauna, and attempted to end my session early for some annoying narcissistic patron. This location is regularly not staffed during “staffed hours,” there is always something wrong with the equipment, and it is often not cleaned properly (overflowing trash cans and empty wipes). I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks. I originally was sent a broken link from the store to cancel it, then i called several times during staff hours, left voicemails, and never received a call back, then i went in person in the middle of the day and no one was working. Predatory membership program. I only wanted my membership for 3 months. When I signed up, the employee told me I could immediately put in my 90 day notice and have a 3 month membership. My membership never cancelled after 90 days. I went in person after getting charged again, and they told me the other employee lied and I had to pay $99 on the spot to cancel my membership, or put in a 60 day notice and pay for the next 2 months.
