I must say I am super impressed with this wonderful small business. Last week my wife and I came here to pick up her newly tuned up hybrid, which these gentlemen did a great job on. While there, however, I asked about road cycling because I just received a road bike from my father when he passed away last October. Traditionally, I am a marathon runner but you could say that I have always been a bit...bike-curious. So, while there I took the opportunity to ask about road cycling. Specifically, I was interested in an emergency flat-tire kit in case I was 15 miles away from home and my tire went flat. Being a daily bike commuter, I knew bikes on Atlanta streets were prone to punctures. Scott was quick, and excited, to show me the best gear possible for my new adventure. We were comfortable with the price and the equipment so off we went.

Fast-forward two days and I was out for my first ride. I did 30 miles on the Silver Comet Trail and absolutely was hooked. Even after I finished my first ride I was ready for the next. Luckily, I had July 4th off and was ready to go. I decided to ride from Edgewood to Stone Mountain. While on the ride, due to novice experience and user error, everything fell out of my emergency kit. I lost my CO2 inflator and my tire was ruined by the back gears. When I went back the next day and told them what happened...they replaced everything and showed me what I did wrong. I was just floored by this kindness.

I cannot say enough good about this shop. They have the heart of teachers, are welcoming and friendly, and make you feel like the customer is the most important person in the shop. My wife and I have decided this is the ONLY place we will go for bike repairs and equipment purchases....

I called on Tuesday to inquire about getting my bike a simple tuneup. I inquired how long would it take, I was told anywhere from 30 min to an hour. I told the guy I would bring the bike in after work. I arrive around 5pm. I told the guy there’s no rush, but I needed the bike back by Friday b/c I was going for a ride on Saturday morning. He said no problem. Wrote up the invoice and set it to me in a text message. He said be fore I come back give them a text. I didn’t hear anything from anyone all day Friday, so I waited until 4:24pm to text and see if the bike was ready to be picked up. They text back right away and said the bike was scheduled to be worked today, likely to be next on the stand. So I waited until 6:45pm to go pick up the bike since they close at 7pm. When I arrived, I was greeted, I gave my name, he checked the system to only say the bike was not ready. Needless to say, I was taken back. The was no type of apology or anything, just a simple the bike is not ready. They had 3 days to work on the bike. When I dropped the bike off, I said I needed the bike back by Friday evening. I was assured the bike would be ready by then. I stated to the guy, this was a waste of my time, i could have taken the bike to another shop if I knew the bike was not going to be ready. He was and got my bike, and I said once again, thanks for wasting my time. He proceeded to tell me I need to adjust my attitude next time. How about you guys adjust your customer service next time. How about an apology for not having my bike ready when promised. There’s no need for me to adjust my attitude because I will never go to this...

Friendly bike place with bike knowledge and a decent selection of all the things you need to find and maintain a bike. However, please be careful NOT to dare stand in front of the neighbor’s house at 450 Cherokee because he will insist that his invasive ivy is a delicate plant and that even though you were extremely thoughtful and found the single space where you could sit without touching it you were in fact sitting on the precious plants. If you try to respond in any way the neighbor will mansplain how you were trampling the plants and need to move, not actually listening to you, and will just start repeating himself. So anyways, really nice bike place, just wish I didn’t have to cross the street to walk two feet and cross again lest the neighbor starts yelling about his ivy, I mean precious plants, again. I was just watching my wife take a test drive on a bike but left the place feeling like a vandalizing hoodlum, so that makes it really hard to go back because I don’t know anything and if the ivy makes it into the sidewalk and I step on it I could incur the...

Wow! Great service from an excellent team. My cousin let me borrow a bike he wasn't using that was utterly inoperable. I brought the bike in appalling condition with spider webs, rusted chains, and more, but the team let me know that it would be a problem and made recommendations that fit my needs perfectly. I felt so bad bringing the bike in such bad shape, but it's almost as if I have a completely new bike now. The best part was that the repairs only took a short time and the price charged was more than fair! Although the shop is about an hour from me on a day of battling traffic in the city of Atlanta, I'll never go anywhere else, to be honest. At times I'm skeptical of reviews, but this establishment pulls its weight. Thanks, guys 🙏🏽

LOOSE NUTS IS AWESOME... seriously, the guys who work there, the bikes are so nice, so much experience and kindness all in one. Very hard to come by. I've owned my bike for 2 years now, purchased from them based off their recommendation and have loved every second I spent on the bike. I finally came back for a "tune up" and they took care of me. Made my bike feel BRAND NEW again. Can't wait to go ride. Shoot... I can't wait to buy another bike from them. Thanks Chris and the team!! I'll be back for some of those slick tires soon.
