I have have shopped at the Target at 2539 Piedmont Rd, Atlanta, Ga. twice. I am disabled and need the electric shopping carts to shop, I don't patronize a big box store that doesn't have them. I have used carts that have "died" during both visits and at the same location. I also was experiencing intestinal problems. Dejavu? OMG! The difference the second time was that I couldn't use a employee restroom located near the fitting area, where my cart stopped. I was told by the fitting room attendant, Felicia, that I could go up front and get another cart and use the restroom for customers up front. She didn't "get it", I'm not able to walk and I'm having a personal emergency. I left my walker with the service desk and the cart I was using was dead, plus I'm needing to get to a restroom quickly. One thing I have learned is that if the cart is dead, turn it off for 30 to 60 seconds and turn it on again, it will go 20 or 30ft. Repeatand move some more. So, I did make it to the restroom without a major mess and took care of my needs. The restroom had 3 sinks. Each since had its own soap dispenser and air hand dryer. There were no paper towels. Most of the soap dispensers were empty and none of the air hand dryers worked. Now I am faced with using my cane with wet hands and I'm trying to not fall on a hard tiled floor. Tile also is slippery when wet and wet hands trying to hold onto a cane while walking across a hard tile floor greatly increased my fear and anger. I managed to get to my cart. Mfear turned to anger and I left my intended purchases in the cart with my intended purchase. My fear of falling, Felicia's lack of help back in the fitting area and the condion of the restroom was enough to tell me, I wasn't safe and get out of there. TARGET...remember Covid? Wash hands after using the restroom!
I left atleast $200 worth of purchases in the cart by the restroom, got half way to my walker at the service counter couldn't go further because there wasn't anything to hold ont. I stood there trying to mentally prepare myself to attempt to make it to my walker. An employee saw me standing and wobbling and did bring my walker to me. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location ever again. The attitude of the employees and my experiences have proven to me that it is not a safe store for me to be in. The employees at this location need to be educated in better customer...
Read moreManager lakeyla is VERY unprofessional for her to have been there 12 years! đ Not only does she bad mouth customers behind their back but she also accuses them of stealing! Earlier in the day me and my boyfriend went there to purchase an tv but the tv couldnât fit into the car so we decided to come back in a hour with another vehicle. Okay BOOM hereâs the kicker we already had a run in with the manager prior to coming the first time (not knowing thatâs who she was at the time) all because I misplaced an item! So my boyfriend comes back to purchase the tv because we now need have another car, after purchasing there was an problem with the receipt being printed out so he had to wait at the register until the cashier came back. The manger sees him standing beside the SAME tv she saw us trying to purchase the first time but didnât and runs up to him and yells âYOU DID NOT BUY THAT TVâ not knowing that he has but is waiting on his receipt to come back!! Sheâs blocking off the tv, pushing it back & constantly telling him that he didnât purchase this item all while calling security and police on him!! Once the receipt was brought back, she literally tried to walk away because she knows she made a fool of herself! Haha but all because of her thatâs now our favorite target and cannot wait to come and get all the assistance from her with our shopping since we so called tried to steal an $400 tv . Next time we spending...
Read moreI am very disappointed in their customer service...I went to the store with 3 items to return from my wedding registry (which I made clear to the customer service employee). 2 of the 3 items were still in the box with the gift receipt/packing slip. 1 item was packed and had tags I just had misplaced the receipt - which shouldn't matter as it was on my registry so that alone should suffice. The employee rolled her eyes numerous times and clearly didn't listen as she proceeded to tell me "your refund went back on your MasterCard" Well, these were GIFTED items, and with gifts you don't want the purchaser to know you're returning. Yet she refunded the credit to the purchaser. I then asked her to void that transaction and give me store credit instead. (queue more eyerolls). She then gave me $20 of store credit - when I knew the gifts should total around $60. She said that was their policy (it's not). I then spoke to a manager and he asked if I wanted a Starbucks to "take the edge off" to which i kindly denied and asked for him to simply speak to his employee as her behavior was unacceptable. As I walked away from the returns area, I could clearly hear the employees talking about me. Returns shouldn't be this complicated. In fact, I didn't even get my full refund until I called Target Corporate the following day. Employees shouldn't talk about the customers. Basic...
