I’ve never had nails this horrendous in my life! I waited approximately forty minutes to be serviced for my nails. I asked for a French tip nail. The technician who did my nails was very rude and callous. She continuously shoved my hands around and moved them in a very rude and impudent way. She kept swatting my fingers down with her hands and made unnecessary motions and jerks all throughout the service. When she began the nails, she started horribly. The tip extensions were way too big for my nails, and they didn’t fit right. The acrylic application was incredibly thin and all of my nails have little to no apex. They are also lumpy. The French white is scarily stark, lumpy, thick, and uneven, and there are flaws in the paint all throughout my nails. I’ve never had nails this bad in my life, and I can’t believe that this has happened to me. The worst part about the service by far was the tech’s poor attitude. She was unwilling to listen to me politely and gently asking if she’d straighten the lines and curves. She had a poor attitude from start to finish. When I asked if she could clean up the tip on my nails she responded with, “Okay, your nails will be $60,” driving up the price on my nails. I instantly obliged and said, “Okay,” to which she responded with, “Oh no, $65.” It almost seemed that she was dragging up the price in an attempt to make me suffer for wanting nicer nails. Her attitude was sick, her work was grotesque, and I urge you ladies to find a nail salon that will value your business and provide a decent service that won’t make you hide your hands in shame. I’m so angry that I paid money for nails that I’ll have to get redone by a a different shop tomorrow.

I usually get really good service, but lately it’s been reallllllllll annoying. I’ve been coming here for about a year or two and i deal with the same 2 people every single time. If you’re late for your appt, you get skipped. If you’re on time for an appt, you wait an additional 30-40 mins until the nail tech that you scheduled with is available. I came early for my appt today and was going to settle for another man to do my nails, because my nail tech was a little busy. He asked me did i remember what color i previously had, i said no. He then proceeded to tell me that i should/need to know what color number i had. WHO ON EARTH WOULD REMEMBER THEIR COLOR NUMBER? Where are the color options that display the numbers. There’s a much easier solution to this problem lol. I grabbed my things and left. I called back to speak to my nail tech Mya at my original appt time (7pm) and she still tried to put me off to someone else AGAIN. She told me she still was busy doing her previous client. I asked how long and she replied 7:30. I repeated the time to confirm and she hung up on me. I arrive at 7:27 and she’s walking out of the door. I asked her why did she tell me 7:30, and she waved at the door and told me that other options were inside. I did not make an appt with another nail tech. That is the purpose of an APPT! This is not just one occasion where things have not went as planned, but it’s really getting old. Now I’m leaving with 3 broken nails after less than a week of wear. This will be my second time getting them fixed. This is extremely annoying. I will no longer patronize bad business.

Y’all take a look at this mess. It’s already stressful when a person move and then have to find that right nail salon, beauty salon gym etc. so long story short. My daughter and I went to get our nails done here and something told me to leave because I saw an upset customer leave when we arrived and the vibe was all off. But I stayed anyway because I really needed my nails done. I asked for a certain type of tip and even had the picture to show them. This lady pressured me to get acrylic nails (which I hate) but maybe that’s what she specialized in. Then they didn’t have the color I wanted. She was polite but she did not cut my nails, shape them or nth the way that I needed her to. The pedicure was way better than the nail tech on my hands. The lady that was working on my daughter went out of her way to upgrade my daughters pedicure and even added designs without my consent or my daughters request. She then said that it was free. (Whatever). So at the the time of payment (which was before my nails were complete) (yes I felt a certain type of way about it) I didn’t leave a tip. Now it’s a problem because she upgraded the pedicure for my daughter and added designs. LONGER STORY SHORT. I probably won’t return here.

If I could give a half star, I would. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone in Lindbergh! I came here to have 2 acrylic nails repaired on my lunch break. No one greeted me when I walked in, and the 4 customers they had were all sitting in the pedicure seats. Meanwhile, 5 techs were just sitting around not doing anything, but they told me to wait. No big deal, so i start ripping the acrylic off of my 2 nails I wanted repaired.... Once the male tech came over to my table, I simply asked to use a plastic tip so that I could remove that hard to get acrylic... and due to me having really thin nails, if anyone was going to rip off the acrylic it was going to be me. He looked at me with confusion and said "NO, I do it." I said, "Sir, I don't want you to take the nails off, it is a painful process and I would like to do it myself." For the second time, he said "no no, I do, I do".... so I said "Okay, or don't listen!?!" He picked up all his tech materials and went to help another customer that literally JUST walked in and told me to wait till he was done with her... That right there is the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I was floored at the level of disrespect from this male tech, so I stood up and left immediately. Long story short, if a customer walks in, who you have never met, and requests...
